I am extremely known as wind. With mantras such as form and sound, constantly contemplate as the deity itself. Thus it is said, and in that meaning, from the gradual exposition, regarding the objects to be purified, the aggregates, elements, and sources of phenomena, dividing them into eight families, the purifiers are the five families, four mothers, five Bodhisattvas, five Vajra Mothers, the nineteen, each divided into five families, becoming ninety-five, five wisdoms, thus it is said as a hundred ways of contemplation. If one thinks that those objects to be purified are not contemplated as the nature of that deity, that is also not reasonable, in that it says: Again, like this, the aggregates, elements, and sources, etc., which have been abiding with ordinary arrogance since beginningless time, are shown to be the nature of the dust particles of all the Tathagatas, and to know that, the previous root tantra's quote is cited. Similarly, in the "Brief Accomplishment Method," during the time of the supreme king of the mandala, the objects to be purified, the purifiers, and the method of purification are extensively explained, and during the time of the body mandala, it is extensively explained as follows: The seed syllable of Vairochana is, white in color, the letter Om (藏文:ཨོྃ,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), by the nature of the form aggregate, by knowing the mantra, place it on the crown of the head. Thus and so on, extensively explained. Similarly, in all the great yoga tantra texts, for all the bases of holding the aggregates, elements, and sources as ordinary, contemplating them as the nature of the deity, the way they appear clearly as the deity is similarly explained, and as the establishment of that, the deity of conventional self-nature is said to be completely pure, one should not speak contrary to this. Second, regarding the explanation of the meaning of the tantra without reversing it, there are three: the explanation of the meaning of the objects to be purified and the purifiers, how that is applied to the order of practice, and to generate faith, indicating the source of the unerring quote. The first is, the meaning of the objects to be purified and the purifiers, in the first chapter of the root tantra it says: By the thing itself, liberation, by the bondage of the thing, bondage occurs, by completely knowing that, liberation, by completely knowing the non-thing as well, contemplating the thing becomes the wise one. And, in the ninth chapter: The five aggregates and six faculties, the six sources and five great elements, by nature are completely pure, purify the obscurations of afflictions and knowledge.

"O Bhagavan, what is impure?" From this sentence to "By purity making poisonless, These to be cultivated are cultivation itself" is what was previously quoted. And "The aggregates of form are not vajra," etc., are the scriptures that speak of the nature of the fifteen goddesses of aggregates, elements, and sense bases. And "Anger, etc., are those who purify, From the aspect of the generation stage, With this one purifies the aggregates," etc. And in the second of the later part, "Likewise, the conceptualizations of things, Should be purified by ascertainment." And from the Vajra Tent Tantra, "In order to destroy the ordinary state, Meditation is truly renowned, From meditating on the state of nature, It is neither meditation nor non-meditation." The conceptualizations of Bodhisattvas are also like that, However, in order to equally purify impurity, One should thoroughly meditate on the form of the Tathagata. And, "If there is no contradiction, Then at that time there is purification by the object of the Victorious Ones, Having remained in conventional form, One only contemplates the dharma of the form of the wheel." And from the Guhyasamaja Root Tantra, "In short, the five aggregates," which was previously quoted. And from the Condensed Sadhana, "By the faults of conceptualization and habitual tendencies, The three realms of beings are manifold, Having looked well with intelligence, One should purify with the yoga tantra." And, "These purify the sense bases, And bestow the divine eye, etc." are what are taught. If analyzed in detail, in the tantras and the valid Indian treatises, it is explained in just this way. The meaning of these has five aspects: the basis of purification, what is to be purified, the purifier, the method of purification, and the ascertainment of the result of purification. First, in the ordinary mind, what appears as aggregates, elements, and sense bases, and what appears as the apprehended and the apprehender, are all the dharmas encompassed by the conventional truth. By nature, they are completely pure as the nature of deities, and are also the basis for transforming into deities. Because they are grasped as ordinary by ordinary conceptualizations, they are also the basis that needs to be purified. This is what is meant by "the nature of things" in the previous quotations, and "the five aggregates and six faculties, the six sense bases and five great elements," and "these to be cultivated," and "the aggregates of form are not vajra," etc.
