Sprinkling water on the feet with Hūṃ Khaṃ, and washing the face with Oṃ Vajra Nīvīti Hūṃ Khaṃ. With Oṃ Sarva Saṃśodhana, scatter and drink, sprinkling all over the body with a bunch of Kuśa grass. Saying "Oṃ Pratīccha Arghaṃ Hūṃ," offer the water for ablution. Then, take mustard seeds with both fists and recite "Oṃ Sarva Pāpaṃ Dahana Vajrāya Vajra Sattvasya Sarva Pāpaṃ Daha Daha Svāhā," circling to the right and left, and pour them into the fire of the khaṃ phor. Similarly, take water with your fists and say "Oṃ Hūṃ Ḍa Ḍi Ta Phaṭ," and after circling, pour it into the fire. Thirdly, the auspicious ritual is to offer with five offerings such as flowers. Taking the vase in hand, accompanied by the sound of music, together with the assistants, and with the guidance of melody: The color of a mountain of gold, perfectly complete. The protector of the three realms, completely abandoning the three stains. The Buddha has eyes like blooming lotus petals. May this auspiciousness bring you auspiciousness today! The supreme, immovable one, closely shown by him. Famous in the three realms, worshiped by gods and humans. The supreme Dharma, which brings peace to all beings. May this second worldly auspiciousness come to you today! Endowed with the holy Dharma, rich in the auspiciousness of learning. The Sangha, worshiped by gods, demigods, and humans. The place of shame and glory, the most excellent in the assembly. May this third worldly auspiciousness come to you today! The immeasurable palace of the gods of Tushita, possessing essence. For the benefit of beings, descending here with the lord of power. The auspiciousness of the Tathagata that follows. May this auspiciousness bring you peace today! The newly opened flowers shine, rain falls in the Lumbini grove. When the protector was born, served by many gods. What is the auspiciousness of the end of existence? May this auspiciousness bring you peace today! In order to completely destroy all kinds of faults. Joyfully appearing at midnight in the hermitage of asceticism. The auspiciousness that follows the gods with power. May this auspiciousness bring you peace today! On the bank of the river, surrounded by a garland of offerings. The miracle that appeared for peace, purifying existence. The dragon kings praised well.

Whatever auspicious light there is, may this auspiciousness pacify you today. In the city called Supreme Kapila, praised by the wondrously renowned gods, Whatever auspiciousness of Samye virtuous deeds of the Tathagata, may this auspiciousness pacify you today. For the benefit of all sentient beings, to attain enlightenment, the collection of precious Dharma arises from the Able One, Whatever auspiciousness of diligently increasing the accomplishment of sentient beings' aims, may this auspiciousness pacify you today. Possessing a body like radiant golden light, residing on a lotus seat like the color of lapis lazuli, The auspiciousness of the unmoving body with well-arranged vajra posture, may this auspiciousness pacify you today. At the root of the king of trees, the Bhagavan, with the power of loving-kindness, triumphs over all the hosts of demons, land and castles, Whatever auspiciousness of various wondrous transformations, may this auspiciousness pacify you today. Residing in Varanasi, the Sugata teacher, wonders appear very clearly in the earth and sky, Whatever auspiciousness of turning the sacred wheel of Dharma, may this auspiciousness pacify you today. Whatever auspiciousness is for the benefit of sentient beings, begins for the sake of offering to the excellent ones, Praised by the noble beings who perform virtuous deeds, Whatever the Bhagavan Shakya Simha, the Able One, has spoken, may this auspiciousness pacify you today. Thus reciting and scattering flowers, one should speak auspicious words. Thirdly, the actual empowerment ritual has two parts: the empowerment ritual for Vajra disciples and the empowerment ritual for Vajra masters. The first is further divided into two: giving the wisdom empowerment of the nature of the five Tathagatas to one's own tutelary deity, and giving the empowerment of body, speech, and mind blessings to the great Vajradhara deity. The first is that each of the water and so on is empowered by the four purifications of the three circles, and after making offerings, the realization of the five meanings is generated. Among them, the three circles are oneself, the disciple, and the three empowerment substances, and the four complete purifications are the completion of the four limbs. At the time of the water empowerment, with the mantra of Svabhava (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, meaning: self-nature), oneself, the disciple, and the three empowerment substances are not

Visualizing from the state of emptiness, from paṃ (藏文,梵文天城體:paṃ,梵文羅馬擬音:paṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) arises a lotus, and from raṃ (藏文,梵文天城體:raṃ,梵文羅馬擬音:raṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) arises a sun disc, upon which is a vajra marked with hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城體:hūṃ,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable). From it, light radiates and gathers into one, transforming into Akshobhya, blue in color, with eight faces and sixteen arms, and four legs. Embraced by the consort Mamaki, generated as in the sadhana, this is the first branch, the branch of approach. Then, with the light from the seed syllable at the heart, invite the wisdom being, and have the four goddesses, Gauri and others, perform the actions of summoning, restraining, binding, and controlling, this is the second branch. Bless the six sense bases, body, speech, and mind, this is the third branch. Again, with the light from the seed syllable at the heart, invite all the Tathagatas, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, and recite "oṃ abhiṣiñcatu māṃ sarva tathāgata (藏文,梵文天城體:oṃ abhiṣiñcatu māṃ sarva tathāgata,梵文羅馬擬音:oṃ abhiṣiñcatu māṃ sarva tathāgata,漢語字面意思:Om, please bless me, all Tathagatas)", and pray for empowerment. Those Tathagatas transform into the form of Heruka, empowering both myself and the deity in the vase, thereby filling the entire body, and from the overflowing water, visualize the crown adorned by Akshobhya Tathagata. Then, visualize the Akshobhya within the vase, in union with his consort, dissolving into light and becoming water. This is the fourth branch, the branch of the guru and the empowerment substances. Again, to the deities of empowerment, pray: "Bhagavan, all Tathagatas, Bhagavan, great lords, Possessors of compassion, Please empower me." Both the guru and the disciple pray together. Visualize all the Tathagatas empowering with a vase made of jewels, filled with bodhicitta. Actually, the guru recites "oṃ vajrī bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城體:oṃ vajrī bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ,梵文羅馬擬音:oṃ vajrī bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ,漢語字面意思:Om, Vajra, become, empower, Hum)", and sprinkles and pours the water from the vase onto the crown of the head. Having thus empowered, from the remaining water overflowing upwards, visualize the crown adorned by Akshobhya Tathagata, this is the fourth branch of the disciple. Thus abiding in the body of the Tathagata, offer the five offerings, such as "oṃ vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城體:oṃ vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ,梵文羅馬擬音:oṃ vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ,漢語字面意思:Om, Vajra, flower, Ah, Hum)", and generate the realization of the five wisdoms. In this way, one obtains the vase water empowerment, the affliction of anger is purified, the defilement of the aggregate of consciousness is cleansed, blessed as Akshobhya Tathagata, the Dharmadhatu.
