The suffering of uncertainty, and the suffering of the big eating the small, such as fish swallowing, and the suffering of the small drilling holes in the bodies of the big, such as conches, and the suffering of being noisy and smelly, and so on. The second is that although each of the four continents is illuminated by the sun and moon, one is born in the intermediate places between the continents that the sun and moon cannot illuminate, and one cannot even see oneself stretching and contracting one's arms. The second is scattered, being involuntarily used in the human realm and the heavenly realm, and the suffering of dying for the sake of pearls, leather, meat, wool, bones, and so on. Therefore, regarding the lifespan and various differences of suffering of these, one must rely on credible scriptures and the oral instructions of the guru to practice so as not to be born there. In order not to be born there, one must do some Dharma. Among the Dharma, one must also contemplate practicing the precious oral instructions of the Lamdre with its fruit. Second, contemplating the suffering of change is divided into two: generally contemplating the common suffering of change, and specifically contemplating the suffering of change in humans. The first is that even if one is born as Indra, it is of no use, because there is also the possibility of being born in hell. Even if one is born as a universal monarch, it is of no use, because one will also be born as a servant. Even if one is born as the sun and moon, it is of no use, because one will enter darkness. For these, no matter what one obtains, it is of no use, one must contemplate the suffering of changing again. The second is that one must especially observe people well, such as the rich becoming poor, or the eloquent becoming inarticulate, and so on. Looking at the people of the village, relatives, and the country, they are no longer in their original positions. One must generate certainty about the suffering of change and practice it repeatedly. Third, contemplating the suffering of conditioning, in general, the definition of the suffering of conditioning, in the Abhidharma, it is said that contaminated feeling is neutral feeling, and in the Pramana texts, it is said that the aggregates of grasping caused by craving, although there are these statements, the way to contemplate it as suffering is that there is no certainty about the deeds one has done, even if one ages and dies, there is no preparation. Even if life passes, one must contemplate that there is still no certainty about the deeds one has done. These explain that no matter where sentient beings are born, there is no happiness.

If you make up your mind, then whatever you do will become Dharma. Is it okay if the Dharma is done in the next life or even in this life, as long as it is done until the end? Second, there are three points to meditate on the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment: the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, the great benefit, and the fact that the leisure obtained does not last long. First, thinking about the difficulty of obtaining: countless sentient beings who have not obtained a body, and even if they have obtained a body, the bodies of other six types of beings are countless, and even if it is a human body, it is difficult to obtain a human body with leisure and endowment. There are also three benefits: This body of leisure and endowment can accomplish the higher realms of the next life, it can also accomplish the liberation from suffering of the lower vehicle, and it can also accomplish the Buddha who knows all aspects, so think that the benefits are very great. The leisure obtained does not last long: thinking about the certainty of death, thinking about the uncertainty of when death will occur, and thinking that nothing else will help when death occurs. The first point has three: death due to the disturbance of internal and external elements, death due to the disturbance of the demonic obstacles of wrong views, and death due to the disturbance of other demons such as male gods. There are three uncertainties about when death will occur: life is uncertain, there are many unfavorable factors, and few favorable factors. There are three things that cannot help when death occurs: except for sudden events, when the time of certain death arrives, it cannot be reversed with medicine, it cannot be reversed with mantras, and it cannot be reversed with dependent origination. Third, from the appearance of karma, generate faith in cause and effect, and there are three types of practice: non-virtuous karma, virtuous karma, and unspecified karma. The first type has three: thinking about non-virtuous karma, thinking about the consequences of karma, and thinking about abandoning non-virtuous karma. The first is: "The three poisons of desire, hatred, and ignorance, from these arise non-virtuous actions." Thus, the three actions of body, the four actions of speech, and the three actions of mind, which are caused by the three poisons, that is, detailed thinking about the ten non-virtuous actions. Second, the three evil destinies and the unfavorable aspects of the good destinies are all certainly produced from the ten non-virtuous actions, think like this. Among these, there are three types of results: the fully ripened result, the result similar to the cause, and the dominating result. The first is: greatly practicing the ten non-virtuous actions
