It is said that the ground should be made clear, and similarly, in the instructions of Hevajra, it is said that the ground should be made clear by means of the cause of dissolving the assembly field and the cause of attracting and withdrawing the wheel of wisdom. This is the method of clarifying by means of the cause of the body being naturally accomplished, and those who are endowed with good fortune should know that this is the profound characteristic of the Mother Tantra. Thirdly, a detailed explanation of how to meditate on these is as follows: Thus, when the sound is manifested all at once by the cause of the sound, and the ground is gradually clarified, first, the ground is clarified, that is, on the soles of both feet, one should meditate on each wind mandala that is equal to the object of purification. One should be attached to the thought that this is the wind mandala that is the support of the inner and outer palaces. Even if one is attached to the thought that the wind mandala that is the support of the outer palace is also this, there is no difference, because one must meditate on the two as being inseparable and one at the place of the sole of the foot. Similarly, it should be applied to others as well. The triangular perineum is the triangular fire mandala, the round belly is the round water mandala, the square chest is the square earth mandala, the stacked vertebrae in the shape of a staff are Mount Meru, the four corners of the head are the upper part of Mount Meru, that is, the four corners, the forehead, the back of the head, and the two ears are the various vajras on top of Mount Meru, the white brain is the moon of the five manifest enlightenments, the red meninges are the sun, and the letter between the two is the letter ཧཱུྃ་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,hūṃ,吽), the nature of Vajrasattva, the square body of one cubit is the square palace, the wind of the four elements arising from the Dharma wheel in the heart is the four doors, the eight feet are the eight pillars, the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, lips, intestines, etc. are the decorations of the palace, although it is only said so, but as it is said in Hevajra, it is also very good to meditate on the walls of the five lines of the eyes, etc., as the noble ones have said, because one must meditate on some form of decoration, and because it comes from the instructions of the great accomplished ones, that is the intention of the tantra. When Jetsun Tsemoche showed the mandala, the soles of the feet

Therefore, it is also clearly stated that this is what is intended by saying that from the wind-nadi to the tongue and lips, the cloth of desire is shown. These are also the ways to contemplate the color and shape that are appropriate to the object of purification in that place, which is the extensive way. If you cannot contemplate that much, it is also okay to contemplate just a little bit. Its meaning is not to contemplate that the substitute for the outer wind mandala is the soles of the feet, but to contemplate that the outer wind mandala is these two soles of the feet, inseparable. Just that is enough to fully contain the meaning of contemplating the outer palace as the inner vajra body. Then, in manifesting the support, first manifest the main father and mother. The nadi in the center of the wheel of dharma in the heart, abiding in the shape of Awadhuti Hum (Tibetan: ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अवाधूती हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: avadhati hum, Chinese literal meaning: Awadhuti Hum), the inner realm is the bodhicitta father, and the outer nadi is the mother, naturally accomplished. Here, due to the sound form, manifesting as having faces and hands, clearly manifests in the mind. The great accomplished one, Drilbupa, said, "These are the yoginis of the places, the nadis are the twenty-four heroes, one should examine the realms of the body." That is what he said. In the heart, Awadhuti Hum (Tibetan: ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अवाधूती हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: avadhati hum, Chinese literal meaning: Awadhuti Hum), is the uncreated inner nature. He said that contemplating the main father and mother must also be combined. The four heart-essence yoginis are placed here in the first four hands, and contemplate the way in which the hand gestures, means, and wisdom are combined. The four skull cups do not appear to have a way of contemplation here, but in the ninth manifestation, it says, "Abiding in the nature of the four faces." The meaning of what is said is that the outer four skull cups are also just fulfilling the four faces of the Bhagavan. Then, in the body mandala of the three wheels, the places such as the crown of the head, contemplate as the twenty-four places such as Pulliramala, and the letter shapes of the nadis such as Pula abiding in them, contemplate the inner realm as heroes and the outer nadis as heroines, which is directly shown in the previous Drilbupa's treatise. Therefore, with that nature accomplished from the beginning, at this time, due to the sound form, generating the image with faces and hands, gradually manifesting clearly in the mind, there is no difference from the previous main father and mother.
