This is the realm of the field-born residing in the external vessel world. That is the co-emergent palace residing in Akanishta. That is born from the Dharmakaya, thus clinging to the realm as the realm. Furthermore, the mandala of the sixty-two deities appearing in the mind, this mantra-born is the field-born Nirmanakaya residing in Jambudvipa. That is the co-emergent sixty-two deities residing in Akanishta, and that is born from the Dharmakaya, thus clinging to the deity as the deity. If considering the order of meditation, that much is sufficient. If one wishes to cut off elaboration, how could mixing messengers in this way become confused? In fact, it becomes confused, because it is a path that enters through clinging and does not deceive through connection. How is that? During the time of practicing the path, clinging clings to the field-born and the co-emergent, and entering enters into the mantra-born, so it is not deceptive through connection. For example, just as when the moon appears in the sky, it reflects in the water, through the blessing of the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya arises in Akanishta, and through its power, the Nirmanakaya arises in Jambudvipa, and through its power, it appears in the mind of the practitioner. Also, here there is the saying, "Meditate below, bless above," and there is also the saying, "Meditate below and realization arises above." Meditating below means only entering into the mantra-born, and blessing above means the mantra-born and field-born bless, and the field-born is blessed by the co-emergent, and that is blessed by the Dharmakaya. Realization arising above is not like meditating on the mantra-born and first generating the realization of the field-born, but at the very beginning, all dharmas arise as the realization of the self-nature Dharmakaya, and thereby the co-emergent perfect Sambhogakaya is accomplished. Through its great compassion, the field-born Nirmanakaya arises in the world, and when those bless the practitioner's continuum, then the appearance of the mantra-born arises. Also, here, if one asks about the messenger, then when realizing, the realm of mixing is not complete. Although all the deities are complete in the mind-appearing mantra-born, there is no great bliss wheel in Jambudvipa.

It is called "So" and so on. If someone says that in Akanishta there is only the great bliss wheel and nothing else, that is not correct. Because like Jambudvipa and other external realms, all that is to be relied upon and that relies upon are completely present. In Akanishta also, everything is present. Because one has completely practiced all the dharmas on the causal ground, the result will appear in the form of transformation, so how could it be incomplete here? Even if it is as you say, what exists in Jambudvipa is the retinue to be subdued, while what exists in Akanishta is the principal deity who subdues. Therefore, by mixing with the retinue, the principal deity is also complete; by mixing with the principal deity, the retinue is also complete. For example, in the world, if the retinue is pleased, the principal deity is also pleased; if the principal deity is pleased, the retinue is also pleased. Furthermore, in the body of each deity, all the mandalas of what is to be relied upon and what relies upon are completely present, so by mixing with each deity, everything will also be complete. Thus, the name for all of these is called mixing three messengers on one object of consciousness. Also, it is called mixing three messengers on one abhisamaya, because: the external pure mandala corresponds to what exists externally, so it is the messenger field-born; the mandala of the body has the blessings of mantra, arising from mantra, so it is the messenger mantra-born; the completion stage has practice, because it is the nature of no self-nature, so it is the messenger co-emergent, that is, mixing three messengers on one complete abhisamaya. Also, if one mixes three messengers on one wheel of the mandala, then the great bliss wheel is the messenger co-emergent, the three wheels are the messenger field-born, and the eight gatekeeper mothers are the messenger mantra-born, one should understand it in this way. Thus, whether one mixes gradually through the stages of consciousness or mixes simultaneously is fine, for mixing messengers, one should cultivate with firm faith. Thus, if one studies the meaning of this passage well, one will truly ascertain its meaning. On this, later masters say: If the three messengers can be mixed well, they will bestow accomplishment on the practitioner. This statement does not appear in the root tantra. The commentaries also say: Because the mixing of messengers does not appear here, it is impure.
