阿瓦雅嘎绕于胜乐俱生之修法中,说足圈为不空成就,哈字为无量光佛,头为宝生佛,半月为毗卢遮那, bindu(藏文:ཐིག་ལེ།,梵文:bindu,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:明点)与nada(藏文:ནཱ་ད།,梵文:nada,梵文罗马拟音:nada,汉语字面意思:音)合为不动佛。

By meditating on Hūṃ, the nature of mind transforms into the form of Hūṃ with the essence of the five wisdoms, thereby purifying ordinary conceptual thoughts. Regarding this, Butön says, "The Vajra arising from Hūṃ, possessing the nature of method and wisdom." Therefore, it is the nature of the non-duality of method and wisdom. Hūṃ is body, speech, and mind; the three non-doing Vajras arise. Thus, Ha is the seed syllable of body Vajra, Vairochana. Āḥ is the seed syllable of speech Vajra, Amitābha. Although there is this explanation, the correspondence of the five parts of Hūṃ to the five wisdoms seems to be merely based on the order of dissolution. It is said that this is not seen explained in any of the tantras or Indian treatises. However, that is not reasonable. In the Saṃpuṭī Tantra, it says, "In the nature of the five parts, it abides completely in the center of the heart." Also, in the Abhidhānottara Tantra, it says, "Above that, that very supreme essence is the peaceful embodiment of the five wisdoms. With clear rays of various lights, it shines forth and pervades everywhere. Having urged the prior accomplishment, it is what blesses." As it is said. The meaning of that is, Ācārya Ghantāpāda says, "On the moon in the heart is the letter of Śrīparamādya, possessing the nature of the five wisdoms, and endowed with rays of light." As it is said. Therefore, although Hūṃ is established as possessing the nature of the five wisdoms, it seems that the correspondence of the five parts to the five wisdoms individually is not established. However, that is not the case. The very passage from the Saṃpuṭī Tantra speaks of the five parts of Hūṃ. Other tantras speak of it as the nature of the five wisdoms, so it is well established. It is also not true that it is not explained in Indian treatises. Abhayākaragupta, in the sādhana of Hevajra Sahajasiddhi, explains the foot circle as Amoghasiddhi, Ha as Amitābha, the head as Ratnasambhava, the crescent moon as Vairochana, and bindu (藏文:ཐིག་ལེ།,梵文:bindu,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:明点) together with nada (藏文:ནཱ་ད།,梵文:nada,梵文罗马拟音:nada,汉语字面意思:音) as Akṣobhya. This is because the five families and the five wisdoms have the same meaning. The order is also more excellent than the Saṃgraha explanation. Generally, in the later sessions, one must meditate on the purification of whichever of the three—body, speech, and mind—first appears in the mind, so the order is not the main thing. However, for the dawn session, it is necessary to coordinate the yoga of rising and the bliss of the body, which is established by the treatises of Ghantāpāda. Dodjö Khenpo says, "At this time, after giving the preliminary torma and entrusting the activity of pacifying obstacles to accomplishment, it should be done at the beginning of all four sessions or the first session.

The Torma is given to the field owner, according to the 'Ocean of Dakinis.' The so-called 'worldly Torma,' giving a preliminary Torma at the beginning of practicing a solitary sadhana, is a fault of lacking the practice of the lineage of sight. In the sadhanas, it is said to perform offerings and Torma yoga, as mentioned before, it is to accumulate merit and perform the outer offering ritual. At that time, the field owner's Torma or the worldly Torma is also a general Dakini Torma. Apart from that, giving a preliminary Torma at the beginning of a solitary sadhana is not found in any Chinese or Tibetan tradition. Secondly, the actual practice of yoga, the scripture says, 'One should meditate on the four abodes of Brahma.' In some translations, at the beginning, there are words like 'only at the beginning,' just as it appears after accumulating merit based on a pure place in other sadhanas, it is not after daily confession, but it means to meditate only at the beginning. The necessity of this is that in the commentary of Lo-chen, which is transmitted from Jowo Je, and in the commentary of Mar, which is transmitted from Puhrangpa, it is said to 'protect yoga.' Yoga is the samadhi of uniting calm abiding and insight, the cause of insight is calm abiding, and its obstacles are afflictions such as hatred, various harms, jealousy, and attachment. To counteract these, one should cultivate loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity in order, and it is said that one protects in this way. Jetsun said that in order to transform all the realizations, such as the aggregates, elements, and sources that will be cultivated from below, and the arising of divine pride, into benefiting others, one should cultivate them at the beginning, and the two necessities are not contradictory. Why are these called immeasurable? Because the objects of focus, sentient beings, are immeasurable, and one first generates an immeasurable mind. The yoga to be cultivated is the so-called 'abode of Brahma,' the temporary Brahma is the gods of the form realm, and the abode is the cause of attaining it, as it is said in the 'Friendly Letter': 'Loving-kindness and also that, likewise compassion and, joy and also equanimity, should always be cultivated. Even if one has not attained the higher, even if one acts in this way, one will be born in the world of Brahma.'
