Hūṃ phaṭ. For sweat, it is Oṃ hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. For fat, it is Oṃ kili kili hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. For tears, it is Oṃ sili sili hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. For phlegm, it is Oṃ hili hili hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. For snot, it is Oṃ dhili dhili hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. This should be said. The purification of ornaments is to recite each root mantra focusing on each of the six ornaments, or if that much is not possible, for the six bone ornaments, recite the root mantra once, starting with Oṃ namo bhagavati. Furthermore, on each of the six ornaments, recite the six armor mantras. If that much is not possible, for the wheel, Oṃ ha. For the earrings, nama hi. For the necklace, svāhā hu. For the six bracelets, bo ṣa ṭa he. For the belt, hūṃ hūṃ ho. For holding ashes and offerings, phaṭ haṃ. This should be said. For the necklace of the throat, recite the root mantra of the Mother once, starting with Oṃ namo bhagavati vajravārāhi. For the garland of fifty human heads, Oṃ śrī vajra he he ru ru kaṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ ḍākinī jāla saṃbāra svāhā. For the earrings, Oṃ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. For the elephant skin and tiger skin, Oṃ sarva buddha ḍākinī ye vajravarṇanī ye hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. For the belt, Oṃ vaṃ haṃ yoṃ hrīṃ moṃ hrīṃ hrīṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ. For the skull cup in the hand of the Bhagavan, Oṃ sarva buddha ḍākinī ye vajravarṇanī ye hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. Starting from Oṃ ḍākinī ye hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, and up to Oṃ yama mama thanī ye hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, recite completely the mantras of the thirty-seven yoginīs alone, which are not the mantras of the twenty-four heroes. For the crown of five dry skulls, say Oṃ vajra vairocani ye hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ. And remember its essence, and think that the purification of all the deities, including Vajravārāhi, is the same, only after having attained each purification of the Bhagavan. Furthermore, the khaṭvāṅga is the body of the deity, the sound of wisdom is the ḍāmaru, during the day, the Bhagavan is Vajradhara, and at night, wisdom should be examined. This should be said and remembered. Remembering purification in this way, if done after the torma offering, it is included in the yoga of conduct, and if done only after meditative equipoise, it is said to be included in the yoga of meditative equipoise. Second.

The yoga of conduct is as follows: After remembering purity in this way, as explained above, recite the armor of the heroes, such as "Om Ha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧ་,梵文天城体:ओम् ह,梵文罗马拟音:om ha,汉语字面意思:Om Ha)", and the armor of the heroines, such as "Om Vam Om Vam)", and the twenty-four letters such as "Puja Protect with great armor, causing all the deities to dissolve into their respective places. As explained in the context of the protection circle, protect with the wrathful mantra, accompanied by cymbals, by circumambulating the directions to the left and the intermediate directions to the right with the mantra of the four-faced deity, such as "Om Sumbha (藏文:ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ་,梵文天城体:ओम् सुम्भ,梵文罗马拟音:om sumbha,汉语字面意思:Om Sumbha)". By uttering "Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hum,汉语字面意思:Hum)", contemplate yourself and all appearing phenomena as the Chakrasamvara mandala. By reciting the eight lines of the father lineage, such as "Om Namo (藏文:ཨོཾ་ན་མོ་,梵文天城体:ओम् नमः,梵文罗马拟音:om namah,汉语字面意思:Om Namah)", contemplate all sounds as mantras. Again, by uttering "Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hum,汉语字面意思:Hum)", contemplate all mental activity as the miraculous display of great wisdom. Then engage in all activities such as teaching and listening to the Dharma. Third, the yoga of the torma is as follows: Offer the torma in four sessions, or only at the end of the evening session, preparing two tormas, worldly and transcendental, or if unable, even one is sufficient. Arrange them in front, purify them with inner offering water and alcohol. Purify by scattering nectar with the mantra of the four-faced deity, such as "Om Sumbha (藏文:ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ་,梵文天城体:ओम् सुम्भ,梵文罗马拟音:om sumbha,汉语字面意思:Om Sumbha)", dispelling obstacles. Purify into emptiness by reciting "Om Svabhava (藏文:ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་,梵文天城体:ओम् स्वभावा,梵文罗马拟音:om svabhava,汉语字面意思:Om Svabhava)" and so forth. From emptiness, from Yam arises a wind mandala, like a half-moon, blue in color, marked with Yam and banners. Above that, from Ram arises a fire mandala, triangular, red, marked with Ram. Above that, from Ah arises a white skull cup, in three sections, with the forehead facing oneself, very wide, marked with Ah. Above that, from Ah arises a moon mandala. In the center of that, from Go arises the flesh of a cow, in the east, from Ku arises the flesh of a dog, in the north, from Da arises the flesh of an elephant, in the west, from Ha arises the flesh of a horse, in the south, from Na arises the flesh of a human. Contemplate that on top of each of those meats are five nectars. In the center, from Vi arises excrement, in the east, from Mu arises urine, in the north, from Shu arises bodhicitta, in the west, from Ma arises great flesh, in the south, from Ra arises blood. This seems a bit confused, but it is said that this is the teaching of Jowo Naropa, and it is the practice of the previous lamas. On top of these, in the center is Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hum,汉语字面意思:Hum) - the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, in the east is Bhrum (藏文:བྷྲཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrum,汉语字面意思:Bhrum) - mirror-like wisdom.
