From the [instructions on]... First, in the navel of the father, on a lotus and moon seat, from HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arises white Vajrasattva holding a vajra and bell, embraced by the mother Vajranarasimha holding a curved knife and skull cup. Both are adorned with the five bone ornaments. Above their hearts, on a moon mandala, visualize the letter HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). From that HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), rays of light emanate, illuminating the father and mother Vajrasattva, the outer Heruka father and mother, and gradually, from the inner circle outwards, making all the vessels and contents of the three realms exceedingly clear. Think that by its power, everything trembles and moves, like a magnet moving iron. This is called "the magnet moving iron." Then, gather the vessels and contents of the three realms into the protective circle. Similarly, gather the protective circle into the eight charnel grounds. Gather the eight charnel grounds into the palace. Gather the palace into the circle of samaya beings. Gather that into the circle of the body. Gather that into the circle of speech. Gather that into the circle of mind. Gather that into the four essential yoginis. Gather that into the four faces of the Bhagavan. This is called "like heavy objects attracting mercury." For the medium and short versions, since there is no outer mandala, gathering the three realms into the body itself is the second example. Then, the Bhagavan with four faces and twelve arms is gathered into one face and two arms. This is the third example, called "a turtle retracting its limbs." Then, gather myself into the outer Heruka father and mother. Gather the father into the father and mother Vajrasattva in the navel. Gather Vajranarasimha also into the father. Gather the father into the HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the heart. Gather the seat of the HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) into the moon. Gather that into the hook-shaped vowel. Gather the hook-shaped vowel into the belly. Gather the belly into the head. Gather the head into the crescent moon. Gather the crescent moon into the bindu. This is the fourth example, called "one shooting star dissolving into another." Then, make that bindu thinner and thinner until it is non-objective, and leave it in an inconceivable state. This is the fifth root example, called "salt dissolving into water." Remain in that state for as long as the mind can abide. If you wish to arise, arise in the form of the Heruka described above. If there is a torma at the end of the session, offer it at this point, and then remember the purification. If there is no torma, remember the purification at this point. Whether or not accompanied by the sound of the damaru, clearly recite the following words, and with the mind, the impure...
