It is like this. The Most Excellent One believes that these thirty-seven deities that appear in my mind are indeed the essence of the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment. The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment also purely manifest as the essence of the thirty-seven deities. In short, that is sufficient. Second, contemplate the body mandala blessed with mantras: the downward-moving air pushes upward with the aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Aṃ) of the navel chakra, which is the "posture." The air in the back of the head pushes downward with the haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ) of the crown chakra, which is the "sound." Thus, the two, sound and posture, merge in the heart, and in an instant, all the mandalas, both the support and the supported, become one. It should be visualized clearly in stages. That is, the soles of the feet are the wind mandala, the triple junction is fire, the abdomen is water, the heart is earth, the spine is the king of mountains, Mount Sumeru, the head is the upper part of Mount Sumeru, the forehead, back of the head, and two ears are multicolored vajras, the cerebrum is the white moon, and the cerebellum is the red sun. The haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ) syllable residing between the two is the nature of Vajrasattva, the syllable hūṃ (藏文:ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). The square body, one fathom in length, is the square palace. The heart is the Dharma wheel, the flow of the four elemental airs is the four doors, and the eight bones are the eight pillars. The eyes, ears, nose, tongue, lips, large and small intestines, etc., are the decorations of the palace. Thus, visualize the supporting mandala clearly. Then, the hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) in the heart is the Hevajra within the Bhagavan, with a blue body, four faces, and twelve arms. The root face is blue, the left face is green, the back face is red, and the right face is yellow. Each face has three eyes and four fangs bared. The first two hands hold the vajra and bell, embracing the consort. The next two hands spread and hold the elephant skin. The third right hand holds a hand drum, the fourth holds an enemy god, the fifth holds a curved knife, and the sixth raises a trident. The third left hand holds a khatvanga marked with a vajra, the fourth holds a skull cup filled with blood, the fifth holds a vajra lasso, and the sixth holds Brahma's head. Above the lotus and sun, the right leg is extended, stepping on the red Kalaratri, and the left leg is bent, stepping on the black Bhairava. The hair is tied in a topknot, fastened on the crown of the head.
