Having gained power, visualize yourself as red, with red eyes, without clothes, with hair standing on end, and trembling. Recite: Om Sarva Tathagata Anuragana Vajra Atma Koham. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་ནུ་རཱ་ག་ཎ་བཛྲ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत अनुरगना वज्र आत्माकोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata anurāgaṇa vajra ātmako'ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, love, vajra, self, I am.) With this, contemplate entering the deity like a shadow entering a shadow, water entering water, butter entering butter, a noble one entering a noble one, a goddess entering a goddess. After entering in this way, from the four Brahma abodes onwards until subsequent desire, this is the samadhi of the first union. As stated in the 'Collected Kunsang': 'The nature of the cause of supreme wisdom is the same, the body that arises together with skillful means, with this one should please the Sugatas, the mantra practitioner should increase joy everywhere.' Also, as stated in the 'Precious Vajra': 'Because the cause of supreme wisdom is endowed with skillful means, the original body that is not inverted, and all the Tathagatas are contained in both bodies.' These explain that after the blessing of the secret space, one invites the wisdom consort of the self-radiance of the noble father and mother generated in front, and incorporates the skillful means of its self-radiance into oneself. In order to offer to all the Tathagatas, one should engage in the union of subsequent desire. In the 'Treasure of the Source of Accomplishments' it says: 'Thinking of being endowed with five characteristics, in order to generate great bliss, enter into one's own wisdom, the two organs unite and engage in subsequent desire.' Also, as stated by Lord Atisha: 'Thereafter, in order to offer the enjoyment of the bliss of all the Tathagatas, one should bless the joy of engaging together with one who is similar to oneself.' This explains that although the father and mother deities in front dissolving separately is not explicitly stated, since the previous noble father has a self-appearing mother, the intention of dissolving separately does not go beyond the former. In the 'Four Hundred and Fifty Verses' and the 'Alms Text', only 'engage in joy together with that' is mentioned, and nothing else appears, but the intention does not go beyond the former. The previously mentioned 'Extensive Kunsang Sutra' also clearly establishes what needs to be done from the boundary of the first union, that is, from meditating on the four Brahma abodes up to this point. Third, the way in which the yogi purifies the object to be purified has three aspects: the object to be purified, the purifier, and the way in which it is purified. The first is the impure aggregates that appear as mistaken.

The realms and all sources of birth are also included. How they arise is as follows: From beginningless time, all phenomena are naturally pure. The primordial state, known as the unconceptualized, all-pervading appearance, arises in the form of the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). From that, due to the power of habit, the conceptual letter "Bi" arises, formed from karma (Tibetan: བྱི་, Devanagari: bi, Romanized Sanskrit: bi, Literal Chinese meaning: Bi). From that, the seed syllable of moving wind, the letter "Yam" arises (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam). From that, the seed syllable of discriminating fire, the letter "Ram" arises (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram). From that, the seed syllable of joyful water, the letter "Vam" arises (Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam). From that, the seed syllable of stabilizing earth, the letter "Lam" arises (Tibetan: ལཾ, Devanagari: लं, Romanized Sanskrit: laṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Lam). From that, the mandala of the four elements, along with Mount Meru, surrounded by the four continents and subcontinents, gathered in multitudes, and the three thousandfold great thousand world systems gradually arose. Furthermore, from the previous seed of awareness, "Bi," the essence of the five aggregates of sentient beings, "Hum" arises (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From that, all the four modes of birth, etc., arise. As stated in the "Oral Instructions of Manjushri": "Then, Manjushri Bodhisattva, the great Bodhisattva, looked at me with a smiling face and said 'Excellent' three times. Accompanied by playful dance, all phenomena are thus. Like a sound and its reflection, accompanied by dance, he showed me with a vajra song: 'A Bi Yam Ram Vam Lam Hum A La La Ho' (Tibetan: ཨ་བྱི་ཡཾ་རཾ་བཾ་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨ་ལ་ལ་ཧོ།, Devanagari: अ बियं रं वं लं हूँ अल ल हो, Romanized Sanskrit: a bi yaṃ raṃ vaṃ laṃ hūṃ a la la ho, Literal Chinese meaning: A Bi Yam Ram Vam Lam Hum A La La Ho). This is the meaning of what was said. Secondly, in the commentary on the Oral Instructions, A is the action mudra, the three Las are the stages of relying on it, and Ho is the explanation of the wisdom that arises from it. Although there is an explanation, that is only when explaining the completion stage. Therefore, here, in the first stage, the means of purification is the wheel of the mandala with its support and supported. Thirdly, in the commentary on the Oral Instructions, it is said that accumulating merit eliminates the karmic obscurations of one's own mindstream, and accumulating wisdom eliminates clinging to reality. This explains the necessity of accumulating the two accumulations, but it is also accomplished by combining it with what is to be purified. Taking karmic obscurations as an example, one abandons ordinary conceptual thoughts about previous karma and afflictions and meditates on them as the essence of the accumulation of merit, thereby purifying them. By eliminating clinging to reality with the accumulation of wisdom, one meditates on the yoga of not focusing on mere appearances. Thus, one abandons ordinary conceptual thoughts about the previous destruction of the container and its contents and meditates on them as the accumulation of wisdom.
