Although it doesn't specify how this method differs from others, only stating "as before," Ratna Vajra says that without supplication, one can receive the blessings of body, speech, and mind, which is the "fruit of the living" and "intermediate accomplishment," requiring no supplication. The Treasure of Accomplishments states, "Three Vajras, three places," meaning no supplication is needed. The limb of great accomplishment and the stainless intermediate fruit are empowerment and the blessing of the lineage lord, with no difference from other methods. Third, the subsequent yoga. The eighth chapter of the Root Tantra states: "From between the breasts to the crown of the head, or if knowing the ritual, to the soles of the feet, from the navel to the waist and the secret place, the five Sugata lineages should be well established." The meaning of this is that the glorious Guhyasamaja school explains it as establishing the body mandala on the body of the first protector, while here it is explained as filling the venerable mother with the five lineages, with no difference in scriptures and commentaries. The determination of the places here is as follows: from the crown of the head to the throat, from between the two breasts to the navel, from the navel to the secret place, from the secret place to between the two thighs, and from the two thighs to the soles of the feet, in order, Vairochana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi are established, as explained in most scriptures and commentaries. How to establish them is explained in the Kunjang Gyepa Tantra: "On the crown of the head, a white OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) syllable, with a moon disc, the nature of atoms pervading up to the throat. In the heart, a black HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable, with a sun disc, the nature of atoms pervading between the two breasts. Above the navel, a yellow SVA (藏文:སྭཱ,梵文天城体:स्वा,梵文罗马拟音:svā,汉语字面意思:梭) syllable, with a sun disc, the nature of atoms pervading to the end of the sixteen channels. In the center of the lotus, a red AH (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) syllable, with a sun disc, the nature of atoms pervading to the thighs. On the two buttocks, a green HA (藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) syllable, with a sun disc, the nature of atoms pervading to the feet." Thus, only the seed syllables are established. In this scripture, between the heart and the two breasts respectively...

Therefore, other commentaries explain that these two are the same. In the 'Samantabhadra Collection,' it also says: 'Knowing that nature, at the head, heart, navel, secret place, and likewise at the two thighs, the sounds of Om (ཨོཾ, 梵文: ॐ, Oṃ, perfection), Hum (ཧཱུྃ, 梵文: हूँ, Hūṃ, immovable), Sva (སྭཱ, 梵文: स्वा, Svā, giving), A (ཨ, 梵文: अ, A, unborn), and Ha (ཧ, 梵文: ह, Ha, emptiness) that appear, those are the body, speech, vajra, good length, etc., the five are truly blessed.' This also considers the space between the two breasts and the heart to be the same. The 'Four Hundred and Fifty Verses' says: 'Crown, heart, navel, secret place, at each part reaching the end of the feet, with the essence of Om (ཨོཾ, 梵文: ॐ, Oṃ, perfection), Hum (ཧཱུྃ, 梵文: हूँ, Hūṃ, immovable), Sva (སྭཱ, 梵文: स्वा, Svā, giving), A (ཨ, 梵文: अ, A, unborn), and Ha (ཧ, 梵文: ह, Ha, emptiness), possessing the nature of permanence, etc., in order, may the five Buddhas fill it completely.' And the 'Treasure of the Source of Accomplishments' says: 'At the head, heart, navel, secret place, and feet, Om (ཨོཾ, 梵文: ॐ, Oṃ, perfection), Hum (ཧཱུྃ, 梵文: हूँ, Hūṃ, immovable), Sva (སྭཱ, 梵文: स्वा, Svā, giving), A (ཨ, 梵文: अ, A, unborn), and Ha (ཧ, 梵文: ह, Ha, emptiness), or with the parts, nature, and intrinsic nature, may the five Buddhas fill it completely.' These three treatises, and the 'Victorious One's Blessing Commentary' says: 'One should contemplate Om (ཨོཾ, 梵文: ॐ, Oṃ, perfection) as the nature of Vairochana.' Therefore, establishing the five seed syllables as the essence of the five families, pervading all places, appears to be in accordance with the 'Extensive Samantabhadra.' In the commentaries of Chilupa and Thagapam, and in the 'Vajra Jewel Sadhana,' etc., the method of generating the five families from the seed syllables arising as hand symbols, sealed with seed syllables, and in the two sadhanas of Sönyompa and Jowoje, generating the five families from the seed syllables and establishing them, these two appear to be slightly different from the former. In the 'Treasure of the Source of Accomplishments,' according to the instruction 'etc. or,' establishing the seed syllables, and generating the five families from them and establishing them, these two appear to have instructions. The actual yoga of subsequent arising, in the 'Extensive Samantabhadra' says: 'From the red Hum (ཧཱུྃ, 梵文: हूँ, Hūṃ, immovable) syllable arises the red vajra of the father, from the white Om (ཨོཾ, 梵文: ॐ, Oṃ, perfection) syllable arises the hole of the jewel, blocked by the yellow Phat (ཕཊ, 梵文: फट्, Phaṭ, cutting), and from the lotus of the goddess, the red eight-petaled lotus from the Hum (ཧཱུྃ, 梵文: हूँ, Hūṃ, immovable) syllable, from the red A (ཨ, 梵文: अ, A, unborn) syllable arises the hole of the stamen, blocked by the yellow Phat (ཕཊ, 梵文: फट्, Phaṭ, cutting), think thus.' In other sadhanas as well, this is how the method of blessing the secret space is taught. Having thus blessed the secret space, the actual subsequent arising, in the 'Extensive Samantabhadra' says: 'The seed syllable Mam (མཾ, 梵文: मं, Maṃ, stainless) at the heart of the wisdom being of the venerable one emits rays of light, touching the goddess and great bliss,'
