Because it is said to do with verses such as "earth", it seems that in that verse, between refuge and bodhicitta, there is the giving away of one's own possessions. In the 'Samantabhadra Collection', there is no verse of giving away one's own possessions. At the feet of Manpa, in the 'Oral Instruction Commentary', although it is said that after not giving away one's own possessions, one relies on the path of bodhicitta, it seems that it is entering bodhicitta. Dipamkara and Ratnavajra, between dedication and refuge, added "Accomplishing all wishes, granting breath, I urge all Buddhas, may the Dharma be equal to the edge of space, may all worlds be without sin and light". Jowoje and Sönam Shyong and others, because they said to do only with the verses appearing in the 'Samantabhadra Collection', they do not approve of accomplishing all wishes, granting breath, etc., and giving away one's own possessions. This 'Samantabhadra Collection', it is said that in the cave of Sparpata, the great lama, after completing most of the treatises, made it to please Lama Valimpata. Therefore, this constant confession seems to be pure. As it is said in the 'Oral Instruction': "After that, go to the great Lama Valimpata, my lama also, in order to be pleased, slightly gathered the method of practice, there, make all the lamas etc. happy, go to the previous place and do some fortunate things." Shantipa said that there are seven from prostration to dedication, and after that, refuge and bodhicitta and giving away the body, saying ten, except for the recognition of the first two, it seems to be the same as the constant confession of the Kye Dor Dom Bi tradition. The fourth is that the necessity of accumulating merit in this way, in the 'Oral Instruction Commentary', is said to be for the purpose of dispelling the karmic obscurations of the five heinous crimes and so on. Therefore, offering is the antidote to the karmic obscuration of stinginess, prostration is the antidote to the karmic obscuration of disrespect to special places, confession is the antidote to the serious karmic obscurations of the five heinous crimes and so on, rejoicing is the antidote to the karmic obscuration of jealousy of others' virtues,

Dedication to counteract the karmic obscurations of pride, taking refuge to counteract the karmic obscurations of wrong views, and generating the two bodhicittas to counteract the karmic obscurations of harming others. Furthermore, the necessity of uniting the two accumulations by combining them with the wisdom accumulation of the lower tantras. Because secret mantra takes the result as the path, it is necessary to accumulate merit for three countless eons, and in order to practice within one realization all the purification of the vessel and essence that manifest as enlightenment, it is necessary to accumulate merit as a preliminary practice. Third, in order to reverse the clinging to reality, there are two ways to accumulate the accumulation of wisdom: refuting the wrong conceptions of others and explaining the aspects of one's own system that are reasonable. The first is divided into two: refuting the view that does not eliminate appearances and refuting the view that does not eliminate truth. The first is: Some Tibetans who explain secret mantra in a self-made way without oral instructions say that the meaning of meditating on emptiness for the accumulation of wisdom is to eliminate truth on top of appearances, but the appearance of illusion-like unreality is not to be eliminated, because if it is eliminated, it becomes a slander of conventional truth, and it will become nihilism, and nihilism is the cause of sentient beings falling into hell, so it cannot become the accumulation of wisdom. If you do not understand this point, the former Tibetans forcibly practiced emptiness, and merely reciting mantras, they instantly thought that all appearances were unattainable, which is a great wrong conception, because in that way, just as a hammer is the cause of destruction of a vase, emptiness would become the cause of destruction of appearances. They clamor like this. If we examine this meaning, do you mean by the elimination of appearances that you have previously proposed, that all appearances are turned into complete non-existence? Or is it just that you temporarily do not cling to them in your mind? If it is the former, then after that yogi you proposed has practiced the accumulation of wisdom, are these present appearances newly arisen without cause? Or do you still have to say that appearances are completely non-existent now? Because at that time all appearances have become completely non-existent. If it is the latter, then there are three contradictions: contradiction with scripture, contradiction with experience, and contradiction with commitment. First, when you are practicing the accumulation of wisdom, appearances temporarily
