I and, the very nature of the wind, the three of entering, abiding, and rising, and the very nature of the mantra, the three letters, are inseparable and abide at the base time, and should be known as such. There are five main winds: the life wind is in the heart, the downward-clearing wind is in the anus, the upward-moving wind is in the throat, the fire wind abides with the fire in the navel, and the pervasive wind abides in all the joints. Similarly, there are also five branch winds: the moving wind abides in the eye and performs the function of seeing forms; similarly, the completely moving wind abides in the ear and produces sound; the correctly moving wind abides in the nose and produces smell; the supremely moving wind abides in the tongue and produces taste; the definitely moving wind abides in the genitals and performs the function of knowing all tangible objects. These ten winds arise from the tip of the lotus of the woman and the vajra of the man and go upwards, and from the respective mundane places they transform into the winds of the four mandalas. From the left nostril, the wind mandala, green-yellow in color, the nature of Amoghasiddhi, nine hundred and one thousand times. From the right nostril, the fire wind, red, the nature of Amitabha. From both nostrils, the earth wind, yellow, the nature of Ratnasambhava. Slow and sluggish, the water wind, white, the nature of Akshobhya, nine hundred and one thousand times. The pervasive wind is the wind that pervades all four mandalas. It does not move now, but at the time of death it moves nine hundred and one thousand times. Thus, when the wind of each protector moves, the wind of the consort moves two hundred and twenty-five times, and each mandala has the three of entering, abiding, and rising, and abiding in the sound of the three letters is the very nature of the wind. The very nature of the mantras that arise from the Ali Kali, the three letters that arise from the indestructible, is the very nature of the mantra. All the sounds of mantras become the family of A (ཨ,Devanagari:अ,IAST: a,Meaning: A), A becomes the root, and it definitely arises from A. All speech arises from emptiness and dissolves into emptiness. Knowing it to be equal to space is the very nature of sound. Third, what is to be abandoned is the recitation of the words of outsiders, and the movement of speech and wind in ordinary times, and the recitation of wind, mantra, and letters as different entities. Fourth, there are three stages in the order of practice of the antidote: training in the wind of one's own nature, the expedient protector.
