Oṃ sarva tathāgata siddhi vajra samaya tiṣṭha eka satvaṃ. Dhārayāmi vajra satva hi hi hi hi hi hūṃ. By saying this, bestow the vajra conduct and place it in the heart. The bodhisattva without beginning or end is Vajrasattva, the great joy. Samantabhadra is the master of all. The supreme master of vajra pride. By saying this, one receives the empowerment of the mind. One has power to meditate on non-discrimination. The result is the accomplishment of the mind of the Buddha. The samaya is to have faith in the mind of Vajra Buddha. From A (藏文:ཨཿ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), give the bell, believing it to be the speech of the Buddha, in the left hand. This is all the Buddhas, explained as following with the voice of wisdom. You should always hold it, wishing to be victorious in supreme enlightenment. By giving it and letting it ring, existence is purified by its very nature. By its very nature, it is separated from existence. The supreme bodhisattva of pure nature will become the supreme doer of existence. Thus, one receives the empowerment of speech. One has power over the recitation of speech. The result is the accomplishment of the speech of the Buddha. The samaya is to believe that the bell is the speech of the Buddha. Generate the body of Manjuvajra. By the samaya of desire for forms, etc., recite all the mantras without omission. The essence of one's own awareness, which dwells in the ten directions and three times, should be offered to oneself and others through the union with one's own deity. If one relies on the inexhaustible ascetic vows, one will attain invisibility, clairvoyance, and the ability to travel in the sky, and the accomplishments arising from body, speech, and mind will undoubtedly be achieved. Therefore, the supreme Buddha-Bodhisattvas, the supreme practices of mantra, relying on all desires, have attained the supreme letter of the Dharma. Happiness and suffering are not me. One should rely on the five qualities of desire. Those who are wise, seeking desire, will quickly achieve accomplishment by meditating with union. Body, speech, and mind will be truly accomplished. Whatever is said to be inferior will be accomplished by the recitation of mantra. Body, speech, and mind are accomplished by meditation. One should hold the vajra of that very one. One should ring the bell of Dharma. The great mudra of samaya should be blessed, and the heart mantra should be recited. By saying this and explaining the meaning, one receives the empowerment of the body. One has power to meditate on the deity and accomplish the form body. The samaya is to believe that the form body is the actual Buddha.
