Granting the empowerment of skillful means and wisdom. Then, holding the seven precious jewels such as the wheel, one temporarily attains the state of a human king, a powerful chakravartin, and ultimately, in order to destroy sins, seven empowerments should be bestowed. Since the vase is explicitly mentioned here, there are also those who make separate precious tiaras and silk tiaras, taking ten from the "etcetera," thus proclaiming nineteen empowerments excluding the mantra empowerment. However, following the structure of the phrase "holding the seven precious jewels such as the wheel," the former seems more reasonable. Vase, five-family tiaras, precious tiara and silk pendants, five mudras, name, activity, Dharma wheel, lord, dharani, secret empowerment, etc., are the ten empowerments of the vase and so on. The second is "For the sake of practicing mantras, to a devoted disciple," etc., that is, after the instructions of "all the happiness of this life," etc., the disciple prostrates to the lama and makes offerings, which is easy to understand. Here, it is said that Tsakyapa performed three things: the subsequent permission of teaching the Dharma, the subsequent permission of mantras for accomplishing siddhis, and the subsequent permission of commands for accomplishing all activities, but this is not clear here. Some argue that it is unreasonable to perform the command empowerment mentioned in the chapter on Amitayus here, because among the vows and command empowerments mentioned at that time, the vow empowerment and the command instructions shown here have the same meaning, so the command instructions and the command empowerment do not have the same meaning. The third, the accomplishment based on painted thangkas, is divided into two: the connection of the compiler and the actual text. The first is "Then, the Bhagavan," and so on. The second is divided into three: drawing the painted thangka as the support, consecrating the completed support, and practicing on it. The first is "On the cloth, the Bhagavan," etc., that is, Shakyamuni Buddha is yellow, with the mudra of teaching the Dharma. Avalokiteshvara is with the right hand granting the supreme, and the left hand holding a lotus. Vajrapani is blue-green, holding a vajra in his right hand at his heart, and holding a bell in his left hand at his waist. Drawing based on one's own deity is: below Avalokiteshvara, draw red Hayagriva, one face and two hands, the head adorned with a green horse head, the right hand holding a vajra in a threatening gesture.
