When one attains uncontaminated wisdom that transcends the world, one practices the conduct of Samantabhadra. Fifth, it is one who has attained warmth and, for the benefit of sentient beings, desires supreme accomplishment in this very life, and who possesses these two qualities, who practices this conduct; if either one is lacking, then it is not. Sixth, there are three. The necessity of practicing Kundalini secretly is: to examine the stability and movement of one's own mind. The necessity of practicing Kundalini openly is: to gain control over the ground of accomplishment and companions. The necessity of practicing the conduct of Samantabhadra is: to fully ripen sentient beings. Thus, there are two kinds of conduct, and this treatise explains the conduct of Kundalini, which has two aspects: secret practice and open practice. The latter is explained here, because it is the basis for the inverted perception of individuals and places. Second, the meaning of the treatise has two aspects: a general exposition of the nature of conduct, and a specific explanation of refuting wrong views. The first is: the fifteen aspects beginning with "completely the four empowerments," that is, one who has completely received the four empowerments and knows the two stages, first meditates in his own home because there are few obstacles. After gaining some stability, he begins to exert effort, so he meditates in cemeteries and other places. After gaining great stability and moderate realization of warmth, he becomes proficient in bodily signs such as "who points with one finger, who comes well with two fingers," and in verbal signs such as "Madana wine, Bala meat," and realizes the reality of non-duality, without acceptance or rejection, and then practices this conduct. The necessity is to traverse the inner grounds and to control the outer and inner Puli-ramalaya and other places, that is, just like the outer Puli-ramalaya and other places, by controlling the dakinis who abide in the aspect of having attained the first ground, the wind-mind of the four places such as the crown of the head are merged into the central channel, thereby generating the realization of the first ground and so on. Where should this conduct be practiced? In the thirty-two places divided from the twelve places and nearby places, and the four continents, and the four continents combined into one, totaling thirty-seven places. The essence is the conduct of a wise ascetic.

It is the practice. From where is it spoken? Like this kind of rule and so on. The ultimate necessity is, like this and so on. Secondly, there are three: refuting the error of the person who travels by what, refuting the error of the place where one travels, and the conclusion of both of them. Firstly, there are three: refuting the practice of a person who does not possess the characteristics, the necessity of the practice of a person who possesses the characteristics, and showing the meaning established by it. The first is: Nowadays, secret mantra, etc., five verses: Nowadays, without meditating on the two stages, going for the sake of practicing in the thirty-seven great places is not what the Buddha said. Even if the yogi who does not meditate on the two stages is good, he can only generate the realization of the first ground and above, and he does not go beyond the yogi who strikes the heart with the method of the Paramitas. In the sutra, it is said that there is no ritual for going to those great places for the sake of generating the realization of the grounds and paths. Generating the realization of the grounds and paths after traveling to the great places is for the sake of the inner body, and for the sake of the winds and minds of those places entering the central channel. Here, some think that all the practices of not meditating on the stages are the practices of the Paramitas, and they think that all four tantras have stages, which is not understanding the meaning of the occasion. Because there is no unsurpassed practice here, it is the time to refute the practice, so the practice of the lower three tantras must also be explained as not having practice. Some explain the yogi of the Paramitas as merely abandoning self-grasping and meditating on great compassion, which is only these for the practice of the lower three tantras, or it must be thought that there are stages, so it is not reasonable. Therefore, the meaning of the occasion is that the so-called good yogi refers to the generation of the realization of the first ground and above, and there are two types of generation: generation by striking the heart and generation by striking the body. Generation without meditating on the stages refers to generation by striking the heart, so the way of generating the realization of the grounds and paths of the lower three tantras does not go beyond striking the heart, therefore, the rule of generating the realization of the grounds and paths according to the method of the Paramitas.
