The bali of bhutas is not eaten here either, because in the lower three tantras, all appearances are not contemplated as deities. Third, there are seven, such as the great yoga. In that tantra, it is permitted to eat the bali of bhutas in the practice of abandoning the two Avadhūtis, etc. As it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: "Food itself is drink, eat whatever you find, for the sake of pleasant and unpleasant, do not have any attachment." Thus it is said. Austerities and other ascetic practices are prohibited, as it is said in the Guhyasamāja Tantra: "Austerities and unbearable hardships, if practiced, will not be accomplished." Thus it is said. The yoga of entering into bliss is: "All desirable enjoyments, enjoy as you wish." As it is said, the yoga of entering into bliss in the unsurpassed way is explained in detail. The third is: the distinction of philosophical views, etc., is one verse. Fourth, the practice of mixing samsara and nirvana through the practice of Mahāmudrā has two aspects: the general meaning and the meaning of the text. The first has two aspects: the preliminary to practice is heat, and the actual practice that is practiced after obtaining heat. The first has six aspects: essence, classification, individual characteristics, means of obtaining what has not been obtained, time of stabilizing what has been obtained, and the connection between heat and practice. First, the power of body, speech, and mind arising from samādhi, or the difference in energy, is called heat. Second, there are three types of heat: small, medium, and large. Third, small heat is: in equipoise, one thinks that the eight worldly dharmas are equal, and one thinks that one can avert sudden afflictions. Medium heat is the ability to perform any one of the activities of taming and subjugating. Great heat is the ability to perform both activities of taming and subjugating, which is called the equality of the activities of consciousness and wisdom. Fourth, the means of obtaining small heat that has not been obtained is to meditate on the two stages, and the means of obtaining medium heat that has not been obtained is the secret practice of Samantabhadra, and the means of obtaining great heat that has not been obtained is the fierce activity. Fifth, for half a month, one practices and abides in the previous practice. Sixth, after obtaining small heat, one practices from the secret practice of Samantabhadra, and after obtaining medium heat,

Manifesting the basis, and after obtaining the great, practicing the Samantabhadra conduct. Secondly, there are six: essence, division, characteristic, time of practice, person of reliance, and necessity of practice. The first is: internally, the distinction of body and speech moving and wandering as desired, arising from the realization of suchness, is called practice, that is, regarding body, food, drink, ornaments, dwelling, vessels, time of practice, companions, etc., without accepting or rejecting good or bad, practicing as one pleases. Secondly, there are two types of practice: the all-shaking practice and the Samantabhadra practice. The first has different names: the practice of a madman, the practice of a young prince, and the secret practice. The second has different names: the practice of overcoming all directions, the practice of a great regent, and the practice of manifesting in the world. The third is, why are these names called that way? Because worldly people are afraid and tremble, is that why it is called the all-shaking? The sound of all-shaking, avadhūta (梵文天城体:अवाधूत,梵文罗马拟音:avadūta,汉语字面意思:离垢者), is also translated as abandoning the two, therefore, because there is no acceptance or rejection of what is edible and what is not, it is called abandoning the two. Because one pretends to be a madman and practices secretly, hiding one's lineage, it is called the practice of a madman. Because the great regent has not obtained great warmth, it is called the practice of a young prince. Because one does not admit to being a yogi and practices secretly, it is called the secret practice. The second is that all appearances are realized as Samantabhadra because they are realized as the essence of one's own realization of wisdom. Because consciousness and wisdom are equal, one can benefit others without hindrance, so it is called the great regent. Because one practices manifesting in the world, it is called the manifest practice. The fourth is that after obtaining a small amount of warmth, one practices the all-shaking secretly, that is, at night, one practices without distinguishing between what is edible and what is not, and during the day, one practices in accordance with one's own lineage. When medium warmth arises from this, one practices the all-shaking manifestly, that is, abandoning one's own country and practicing secretly, hiding one's lineage, that is, practicing by pretending to be a madman. When great warmth arises from this,
