Therefore. Third, the yogi ascertains it as fourfold, also ascertains it as fourfold in relation to the objectless self, and also ascertains it as fourfold in relation to the obstacles to be abandoned. The first is correct, in relation to the objectless self, there are two types: the selflessness of the person and the selflessness of phenomena. The latter again has two types: the selflessness of phenomena that merely negates truth, and the selflessness of phenomena that is free from the four extremes of elaboration. The former can also be summarized as two types: the selflessness of phenomena that merely negates the truth of the external object of grasping, and the selflessness of phenomena that merely negates the truth of the grasper. The latter fundamental reason is correct, in relation to the obstacles to be abandoned, there are two types: afflictive obscurations and cognitive obscurations. The former again has two types: manifest and seeds. The manifest again has two types: manifest grasping conceptualization and manifest grasping conceptualization. Fourth, one must first meditate on the view of realizing selflessness, because the mind that grasps at self by focusing on the aggregates is the root of all faults, so one must first stop it. After that, one must gradually meditate on the view of realizing no grasping and the view of realizing no grasper, because one cannot abandon cognitive obscurations without generating those two, because those two must gradually stop the true clinging to the object of grasping and grasper. After that, one must meditate on the view of realizing freedom from elaboration, because abandoning the seeds of cognitive obscurations requires the reason for realization that is uncommon to the Mahayana. Third, advising those who wish to be liberated to enter into emptiness, then, how to meditate on the antidote to the cognitive obscurations on the side of things existing inherently? There are three things to consider: the object of observation, the way of observing, and the act of meditating on the view. The first is, the nature of conventionalities such as form. The second is to eliminate the slander that says there is nothing in name, and the addition that says there is existence in ultimate, and to observe without self-nature. The third is to abandon exclusion and establishment, and to meditate on no self-nature, one will see the very nature of reality, and thereby be liberated from obstacles, because the perversion of clinging to reality will be reversed. Second, the actual path of seeing, the peak junction, is divided into two: the uninterrupted path and the special path. The first has

And, two distinctions. The first is: through the practice of perfecting the five perfections within each of the perfections such as generosity, it becomes the uninterrupted path that is the actual antidote to what is abandoned by the path of seeing. The second is: there is no distinction in terms of the number of moments, because these are all included in one moment of the forbearance of the Dharma of suffering. Distinguishing from the perspective of what is to be abandoned, according to the teacher's view, the entry into the path of seeing that is to be abandoned is the two applications of heat and peak that are the antidote to the apprehended conceptualization and the conceptualization of grasping at substance; the reversal is the two uninterrupted paths that are the antidote to the apprehended conceptualization and the conceptualization of grasping at imputation. In the 'Body Differentiation Treatise' it says, 'The nature of the path called the path of seeing is the four conceptualizations.' This is how it is considered. So, what is the difference between the heat and peak paths? Although the teacher's view is to divide the excellent wisdom of the heat path into the path of heat and peak, and to divide the uninterrupted path of the path of seeing into the uninterrupted path of entry, it is very difficult to conform to the fundamental view, because all four of these are the peak application of the path of seeing. Furthermore, for the four conceptualizations to be abandoned by the path of seeing, there are thirty-six types by distinguishing the objects with nine fours, and similarly there are one hundred and eight types by distinguishing the three realms, so it is also said that from the perspective of abandoning these, there are one hundred and eight types of the peak application of the path of seeing. Second, in the path of distinction, there are meditative wisdom and post-meditative wisdom. The first has the characteristic of the lion's complete transformation, which is the nature of the path of distinction of the path of seeing. After the path of seeing's path of liberation, without rising from meditative equipoise, there are eight liberations, and the bodhisattva's yoga at the time of entering the nine successive abidings of ultimate abiding in accordance with and against the order. These two, the application and the lion's complete transformation, have different meanings, because the application of the lion's complete transformation occurs after the post-meditative realization of dependent origination, while this occurs before that. The second is the dependent origination to be realized, the way of how to realize it, and the necessity of realizing it. Among them, the first has twelve limbs, the first limb is ignorance, which refers to the mental factor that enters in a way that the object is not clear, and becomes the instigator of action.
