Fundamentally, it is only said that there are imputed grasping conceptualizations. If it is a substantial grasping conceptualization, then it must be a true grasping. Therefore, there is absolutely no substantial grasping conceptualization in the minds of noble bodhisattvas. In the case where the explicit and implicit are not distinguished, the conceptualizations taught here have both what is abandoned by seeing and what is abandoned by meditation for both noble ones and ordinary beings. All of these converge into one key point. Otherwise, if the four explicitly taught conceptualizations here are divided into what is abandoned by meditation and what is abandoned by seeing, then it must be admitted that what is abandoned by meditation is a substantial grasping conceptualization, but that is not mentioned in the root text. Fourth, examining which of the two obscurations it is: The teacher says in the fifth chapter, "When the one hundred and eight conceptualizations of the aspect of grasping the apprehended and the apprehender that are abandoned by seeing are abandoned, then the one hundred and eight habitual tendencies of afflictions that generate conceptualizations of the aspect that are included by those are also abandoned." And in the case of conceptualizations abandoned by meditation, it is said similarly. Therefore, Tibetans can declare in unison that the four conceptualizations of the aspect of grasping the apprehended and the apprehender taught here are all the main antidotes to be abandoned on the bodhisattva path, and are only the obscuration of knowledge. Therefore, there is no obscuration of afflictions that belongs to the category of what is abandoned by hearers and solitary realizers, and there is no grasping conceptualization of the obscuration of knowledge. The intention of the root text is as follows: Although the four conceptualizations of the aspect of grasping the apprehended and the apprehender that are explicitly taught here as what is abandoned by seeing are only antidotes to be abandoned on the bodhisattva path from the perspective of the individual, all the categories of what is abandoned by the three vehicles are complete. For the two conceptualizations of the grasped and the grasper, the terms "having a basis as a support" and "having the support of its antidote" are explicitly mentioned. If the basis is regarded only as all defiled dharmas, and its antidote is regarded only as all purified dharmas, and there is attachment to acceptance and rejection, then this is the grasping conceptualization of the obscuration of knowledge that belongs to the category of what is abandoned by oneself. If the basis is regarded as the path and fruit of the lesser vehicle, and its antidote is regarded as the path and fruit of the bodhisattva, and there is attachment to acceptance and rejection, then this is the grasping conceptualization of the obscuration of knowledge that belongs to the category of what is abandoned by the bodhisattva. For substantial grasping conceptualizations, if one grasps the person as substantially existent, then this is the grasping of self of the person, and therefore it is the obscuration of afflictions that belongs to the category of what is abandoned by hearers. If one grasps phenomena as substantially existent

And, the two, name-affirming conceptualization and attachment, are the affliction obscuration that abides in the category of what is to be abandoned by bodhisattvas because they are the self-grasping of phenomena. In the first chapter, the four directly shown view-abandonments of conceptualization, which include the categories of what is to be abandoned by all three vehicles, are actually shown. In the fifth chapter, the two, grasped-at conceptualizations, are of the category of what is to be abandoned by the Great Vehicle, and the substance-grasping conceptualization is similar to the first chapter in the concise teaching, and in the extensive explanation, what is shown is the category of what is to be abandoned by bodhisattvas, which is clear in the text, so there is no opportunity for dispute. In short, within the view-abandonment of conceptualization are included the categories of what is to be abandoned by all three vehicles, and its antidote, the bodhisattva's path of joining, in equipoise, includes the categories of realization of all three vehicles, and its result, the Great Vehicle's path of seeing, the uninterrupted path, is complete with the categories of realization of all three vehicles, and its result, purity, is complete with the purity of abandoning what is to be abandoned by all three vehicles, which appears to be the single intention of the beginning and end of this Ornament for Clear Realization. The manner of completeness of what is to be abandoned has already been explained. The manner of completeness of the antidote is that the mind generation, which is included in the path of joining, burns the firewood of the obscurations of the three omniscient ones, and so on. The manner of completeness of the categories of realization is that it is said to be the cause for attaining all three vehicles. The manner of completeness of purity is: Because the three paths are weakened, the sons of the Victorious Ones rejoice. Because it appears in this way. So, does the bodhisattva's path of joining abandon the categories of what is to be abandoned by all three vehicles by manifestly dividing them into parts, and does the uninterrupted path of seeing abandon the seeds all at once, must one accept this? It is very much necessary to accept this. Because the bodhisattva's path of seeing, the single suffering-phenomena forbearance, possesses all of the Great Vehicle's view-abandonments, and possesses the ability to abandon both the view-abandonments and the cultivation-abandonments that abide in the category of what is to be abandoned by hearers and solitary realizers. Because it includes the activity of both the paths of seeing and cultivation of hearers and solitary realizers. As it is also said in the Apparent Two: In the activity of the forbearance of a bodhisattva, all the activities of the realization of others are included, therefore, whatever is the knowledge and abandonment of those, that is its forbearance, it is not just this activity of realization, this is another category. Because it is said in this way.
