The difference in knowledge lies in whether or not meditative absorption is manifestly cultivated in this life. The eye of wisdom is the non-discriminating wisdom towards all phenomena, which is the samadhi of the eleven grounds. This and ultimate bodhicitta have the same meaning. The Dharma eye is the direct realization of the sharpness or dullness of the faculties of all noble beings who are equal to or less than oneself in terms of the continuum. The difference between this and clairvoyance of others' minds is that the difference in the individual basis has already been explained, and in terms of the difference in object, the object of this is only the realization of the continuum of noble beings, while the object of clairvoyance of others' minds is all the consciousness of others' continua. The Buddha eye is the object of manifest and complete enlightenment of all phenomena in all aspects. The corresponding one exists from the seventh ground onwards, that is, during the purification of the seventh ground, what is the unobstructed wisdom of the great bodhisattva? It is the one who has attained the Buddha eye. It is said. Ar. Gazapa. Yak Three. The corresponding one exists from the first ground with three "ga", and the one with characteristics exists only in the Buddha ground. This is the view. The third is, here in the Mahayana path of seeing, it is said that there is no difference in the types of realization of the path of cultivation, and it is said that there are Hinayana and various natures, and in its commentary it is said that the first fruit and so on of the nature with objects are different realizations, such as the first fruit of the Shravakas and so on have different types of realization, in the "Two Appearances", when the Shravaka's path of cultivation is compared to sesame seeds, if you ask what is the meaning of saying that there is no difference in the types of realization in the path of seeing? If it is in terms of samadhi, then all three vehicles are the same, there is no difference in the types of realization of the path of cultivation from the path of seeing, because in the stage of the path of seeing, the meaning of what is directly seen is only the constant practice in the stage of the path of cultivation. Considering this, both the Mahayana and Hinayana say that there is no difference in the types of realization of seeing and cultivating. In the Mahayana, there is also no difference in the types of realization of the subsequent cognition induced by samadhi, because all cognitions are of the nature of being free from elaboration and are one. For example, the Mahayana path of seeing.

It is also free from the sixteen elaborations such as permanence. When definite understanding is drawn to being free from the sixteen elaborations such as impermanence, all those definite understandings are like the absence of different types of realization. The definite understanding drawn by the Hearer's seeing meditation equipoise has different types of realization. Because that equipoise draws definite understanding to the sixteen such as impermanence, some appear as the aspect of impermanence, and some appear as the aspect of suffering, and so on. If you think that equipoise is also the same, then it is the same in the way that the Hearer's seeing meditation equipoise does not directly realize the unborn, but here the Hearer's seeing meditation equipoise directly realizes the unborn, so it is the school that believes it is not the aspect of impermanence, suffering, and so on. If you think that impermanence, suffering, and so on, as the Hearer's types of realization, contradict what is said in this very treatise, then that refers to the aspect of meditating in the stage of the path of joining, and the aspect of generating definite understanding in the subsequent attainment. Otherwise, it contradicts the explanation of absence, non-arising, solitude, and so on, as the Hearer's types of realization. If it has the aspect of impermanence, then it must have the aspect of destruction, and in that way it contradicts having the aspect of non-arising. If you think that in the stage of the seven impure grounds, attachment to impermanence and so on may arise, so it is the same in the different types of realization in the subsequent attainment, then it is not so, because attachment to impermanence and so on there is what is to be abandoned by one's own system, and not the type of realization of one's own system, and because the Hearer noble one's attachment to impermanence and so on in the subsequent attainment is the type of realization of one's own system. Others seem to have not even engaged in a little bit of examination. They have already generally explained the ten instructions, and in the section on the Sangha Jewel, the ways in which Bodhisattvas take birth and the many distinctions of how they carry out the activities of benefiting others are explained separately here, namely, the two verses "dull faculties and sharp faculties," etc. For these, it is necessary to examine the signifier, the signified, and the ways of signifying with exhaustive scripture and reasoning, which I have done.
