This is attachment, which is not present in Hearers and Solitary Realizers, because Bodhisattvas have such attachment. Among these two, the latter refers to the reversed grasping conceptuality mentioned here. Secondly, the meaning of the conceptuality that depends on its antidote is to manifestly cling to the Dharma of purification as something to be taken. Among these, there are two types: clinging to the Dharma of purification of the Lesser Vehicle and clinging to the Dharma of purification of the Great Vehicle. The former is the grasping conceptuality that belongs to the category of what is to be abandoned on the path of the Solitary Realizer, because in the case of the third aspect of the path, there is no purification, and because it grasps the grasping conceptuality of purification as something to be abandoned. The latter is the grasping conceptuality that belongs to the category of what is to be abandoned on the path of the Bodhisattva, because it exists in the mindstream of the Bodhisattva but not in the mindstream of the Lesser Vehicle. Thus, in the first case, these two are not distinguished separately, and it is called the dependence on its antidote, which holds the general characteristic of both, while the latter is shown as the grasping conceptuality that enters into this context. The entering grasping conceptuality is divided into nine from the perspective of the object, namely: "Essence and lineage," etc., two verses. The reversed grasping conceptuality is divided into nine from the perspective of the object, namely: "Because it falls into existence and peace," etc., three verses. Among the two types of grasping conceptuality, substantial grasping conceptuality is the grasping of truth, and among these, there are substantial grasping conceptuality based on the individual and substantial grasping conceptuality based on phenomena. It has already been said that the former belongs to the Hearers and the latter belongs to the category of what is to be abandoned by the Great Vehicle. In the first case, these two are not distinguished separately and are called dependent on substance, while in this case, the former is directly shown in the summary, namely: "Sentient beings are substantially existent, they are considered to be those who grasp conceptuality." In the detailed explanation, the latter is directly shown, because its object is divided into nine dharmas such as grasping and abandoning and explained. Secondly, imputed grasping conceptuality is the uncommon object to be abandoned by Bodhisattvas, because the Hearers cannot abandon the attachment of merely imputing to the object. Among these, there are also imputed grasping conceptuality based on the individual and imputed grasping

Among the two kinds of conceptualizations of imputation, in the first instance, without distinguishing the two, it is said to be the dependent of imputation. In this instance, in the summary, the former is directly shown, and in the detailed explanation, the way the latter is directly shown is the same as before. Thus, the nature of the two conceptualizations of grasping, and the divisions are nine. To show this in a concise way is: Differentiating ordinary beings and noble ones. etc., two verses. Dividing the conceptualization of grasping at substance into nine from the perspective of the object is: Grasping and abandoning. etc., two verses. Dividing the conceptualization of grasping at imputation into nine from the perspective of the object is: Intentionally, definitely not arising. etc., two verses. Here, in the summary, differentiating ordinary beings and noble ones. Thus, regarding the meaning of explaining the two conceptualizations of grasping separately for the two, ordinary beings and noble ones, some people verbally think that the conceptualization of grasping at substance and the conceptualization of grasping at imputation are definitely separate for the two, ordinary beings and noble ones. Some people think that the text only identifies the very clear examples, and does not definitely show the two, ordinary beings and noble ones, separately. Others think that the object, the grasping at substance and the grasping at imputation, are definitely shown separately, but the object-possessor, the conceptualization of grasping at substance and the conceptualization of grasping at imputation, are not definitely shown separately. These are not the intention of the text, and have been explained elsewhere. So what is it? Differentiating ordinary beings and noble ones. Sentient beings, substance and imputation exist. The text directly shows that the conceptualization of grasping at substance exists only in the continuum of ordinary beings, because it is the conceptualization of grasping at substance made from the perspective of the person, because it does not exist in the continuum of noble ones. The directly shown conceptualization of grasping at imputation exists only in the continuum of noble ones, because it is the conceptualization of grasping at imputation of suchness from the perspective of the person, because the conceptualization of grasping at imputation of suchness from the perspective of the person does not exist in the continuum of ordinary beings. Thus, in the Nirbhasa, it says: All phenomena are selfless. Are such phenomena not realized even by ordinary beings? Therefore, if the first establishment of the conceptualization of grasping does not pervade, then those are faith and attention.
