Etc. The commentary states that what contaminates and admonishes the mind stream, and what follows it, is habit, which is the thick darkness of affliction. Habit, root, and habit are different names. Among them, the habit of ignorance is an obstacle to cutting off objects of knowledge. Having habits such as desire is also the cause of such actions of body and speech. The habits of ignorance and desire, etc., can only be reversed by the all-knowing one and the Buddha, but not by others. Therefore, this school agrees with the Uttaratantra in considering the habits of affliction as knowledge obscurations. The view of both of these schools is that the habits of other obscurations are regarded as knowledge obscurations. And the conceptualization of knowledge obscurations seems to refer to the conceptualization of the three spheres. The mere fact that different terms are established from the perspective of need does not lead to a disagreement in views. If one believes that different things have different states, then one of them must be wrong. Therefore, I will explain it as a consistent view in the context of Maitreya Gonpo and Nagarjuna Madhyamaka, because it is very easy to do this from beginning to end. The second is space, etc. The third is, therefore, etc. The meaning of "dispelling doubts" is: relying on the teachings of the noble Nagarjuna, I have spoken without hesitation about a small part of the aspect of merit. To summarize these three into two, namely: among them, etc. In the previous commentary, in short, this treatise nearly reveals the profound (i.e., the nature of reality) and vast qualities of the Buddha. It is said that the Dharmakaya, which is the cessation of proliferation, is profound, while the Rupakaya and below are vast. The reason for this is that in the stage of the ten bhumis, one needs both the samadhi that realizes the profound emptiness and the subsequent attainment of performing vast generosity, etc. The reason for this is that in the stages of accumulation and preparation, one needs to be a wise person by ascertaining these two through hearing and thinking. Because beings who are proficient in the profound and vast path will gradually attain the Joyful Land. This is the meaning.
