From the perspective of the five reasonings such as one-or-many separation; from the perspective of the method of explanation, there are two types of reasoning: consequentialist and autonomous; from the perspective of what is to be established, there are two types of reasoning: establishing the absence of self of phenomena and establishing the absence of self of persons, making a total of four. These are also distinguished from the perspective of nomenclature, but the reasoning that prevents the four extremes of elaboration is the reasoning that establishes the absence of self of phenomena, and the reasonings such as one-or-many separation are the reasoning that prevents its first extreme, and the consequentialist and autonomous reasonings are all the reasonings that establish emptiness, distinguished from the perspective of not accepting and accepting the autonomous pledge and the autonomous reasoning, so they are included in the latter two main parts of the reasoning. Therefore, Nagarjuna said, "If one sees the two types of selflessness, the seed of existence will be destroyed." The point that Master Chandrakirti mainly made in the Entering the Middle Way to establish the two selflessnesses is also this. Third, there are four points to determine the meaning of each of these: First, there are two types of reasoning that prevent the four extremes of elaboration: how the four extremes of elaboration are prevented by reasoning, and refuting the wrong views that these cannot be prevented. The first point has two: the reasoning that prevents the first extreme, and the reasoning that prevents the latter three extremes. The first point has four: with what reasoning to prevent, on what basis to prevent, what to prevent, and the necessity of preventing in this way. First, it is most of the reasoning that appears in the scriptures, that is, the reasoning such as one-or-many separation. Second, when some Tibetan great beings divide all knowable objects into three categories, the phenomena included in the imputed and dependent are not true, so the reasonings such as one-or-many separation can prevent their truth, but the phenomena included in the perfectly established are established as true, so these cannot prevent the truth. Therefore, when distinguishing between the two truths, the conventional truth, and when distinguishing between conditioned and unconditioned, the conditioned, and when distinguishing between real and unreal, the real can prevent the truth, but not everything. This is the definitive sutra, as well as the Five Dharmas of Maitreya, the Asanga brothers, Dignāga, Dharmakīrti, etc.

It is considered to be the view of the Madhyamaka tenets written by so-and-so, and it is also said to be the view of Nagarjuna and his son. Those are not the views of the definitive sutras, because in the definitive sutras it is said: "Without nirvana, entering nirvana, the protector of the world declares this, throwing a knot in the sky, it is only the sky that unties it." It is also said that nirvana is like a dream, like an illusion. If there is a dharma superior to nirvana, it is also like a dream, like an illusion. It is also not the view of the latter three of the Five Treatises of Maitreya and the Five Bhumis, because in those treatises, both other-powered and perfectly established are said to be truly established. As it is said in the Madhyantavibhaga: "Because of existence, because of non-existence, because of existence, this is the Middle Way." It is also said so in other treatises. It is also unreasonable to consider those as Madhyamaka tenets, because if that were the case, there would be no treatises in Tibet that expound the view of Cittamātra. It is also unreasonable to consider that not negating the true establishment of ultimate truth and the unconditioned is the view of Nagarjuna, because it is said in the Stotrasamuccaya: "In order to abandon all views, you teach the nectar of emptiness, if one clings to it, then you greatly despise that." And in the Mulamadhyamakakarika it is said: "Because birth, abiding, and destruction are unestablished, there is no conditioned. Since the conditioned is completely unestablished, how can the unconditioned be established?" Therefore. All the faults spoken to the proponents of reality will revert to the Madhyamaka proponents themselves, because there is a vow to have truly established dharmas, and when analyzed with reason, there is a side of existence that can be taken. As it is said in the Vigrahavyavartani: "If I had any thesis, then I would have that fault, but since I have no thesis, I am completely without fault. If with perception and so on, one sees any thing, that should be proven or refuted, but since I have no such thing, you have no blame." And as it is said in the Catuhsataka: "In existence and non-existence, existence and non-existence without, whoever has no basis, he also has no ability to blame." Therefore. Wanting to avoid those faults,
