Therefore, it is found only in the minds of conventional beings. If one realizes the definition of ultimate truth, sentient beings will be liberated from it, and the nature of all phenomena abides in reason. These three qualities are evident. That is to say, different kinds are self-contradictory. It is sufficient to discover it through reason alone, but it is also permissible to combine these three dharmas for expression. So, if those who hold to the reality of things also accept such a definition, wouldn't there be no dispute with them? Although the definition is the same, the point of contention lies in the basis on which it is possessed, because the basis is different. Therefore, the Root Wisdom says, "Not known from others, it is peaceful," and the Mother Sutra says, "The ultimate is the reversal of all characteristics," etc. These sutras appear in order to dispel inverted discriminations, and are only taught to emphasize a basis that is different from others. However, even with this, the definition of conventional truth does not cover false conventions, and the fault remains that the definition of ultimate truth, when combined with "discovered through reason," does not cover the non-conceptual realm of the noble ones' meditative equipoise. Khyun Rinchen Drak says: The definition of conventional truth is merely knowable, measurable, and expressible, while the definition of ultimate truth is beyond all knowable, expressible, and measurable. Majya refutes this, saying that if this is the case, then for phenomena, it would be impossible to have false discriminations that grasp ultimate truth as real, because the meaning of conventional truth is merely knowable, expressible, and measurable, which has already been established by worldly perception. Precisely because of this, the reasoning consciousness that prevents the false discrimination of grasping phenomena as truly existing in the ultimate sense becomes meaningless. Similarly, if phenomena are said to be conventional, then it is equivalent to saying that they are merely knowable, expressible, and measurable; and if they are said not to be ultimate, then it is equivalent to saying that they are not beyond knowable, expressible, and measurable. In this way, there would be no difference from those who hold to the reality of things. After refuting in this way, he believes that the view of his own school is that truth exists in the confused realm of conventional consciousness, and truth also exists in the non-confused realm, that is, truth exists in the non-confused realm of the noble ones' meditative equipoise, or in the realm of ultimate reasoning consciousness. In this regard, the consciousness of defective faculties is considered to be conventional consciousness.

Because of the appearance, their places become established as worldly terms, there is the fault of being so. The view of Sakya Pandita is that it is established in the mind of those who have not examined the characteristics in sequence, and not established in the mind of those who have examined. This is because in the view of the Samadhi of the Noble Ones, the free from elaboration itself transcends all elaborations, so its own nature cannot be represented by any characteristic, but in the minds of ordinary beings with conceptualization, when examining, it is not established in any extreme, so it is assumed that the characteristic of being free from elaboration can represent it, meaning like this. Just as Jowo Je said: With the combination of the words of the teachings, it is represented by unborn, unceasing, etc. This is in accordance with the above statement. The meaning here is like this, if it is according to the literal meaning, then all conventional truths, and the horns of rabbits will also become ultimate truths. If it is considered that it is only the negation that is not established in the mind of examination, then all the great beings of the Prasangika and Svatantrika, and this great being himself also considers conventional truth, so it is impossible to establish it as the characteristic of ultimate truth. Therefore, the view here is that it is established in the mind of those who have not examined, so it is called true on that basis, and from the point of view that it is not established in the mind of examination, it is called the truth that does not deceive. Third, in general, the ignorance or non-ignorance of the mind that is the object of the two truths, or the false view and the true view, or the delusion and non-delusion, must be established from the point of view of the object-possessing mind, so it seems that all the Prasangika and Svatantrika of India agree on establishing it from the point of view of the object-possessing mind, but the Svatantrika think that on the ultimate truth that is divided into two truths, the teaching ultimate that is determined by the reasoning that examines the reality and expressed by words, and in the view of the Samadhi of the Noble Ones, there are two realizations ultimate that are free from all elaborations, so they think that there are also these two in the non-deluded object-possessing mind, it seems that the characteristics are established by mixing speculation and experience, if combined with the key point of other-exclusion, it is a bit inappropriate, for example, when establishing the characteristic of the sense-sphere of form as becoming the object of eye-consciousness, the self-characteristic of the form that has become the object of eye-consciousness by speculation, and the general meaning of the form that has become the object of thought by experience are mixed together, representing.
