The statement "If there is no movement of mind, what need is there to even mention letters?" is quoted. Its meaning is that the establishment of worldly terms, starting from the nature of knowledge and the knowable, and letters, shows the nature of the speaker and the spoken. If "what has no movement of mind" is understood as having no movement of conceptual mind, then it is repetitive with "what need is there to even mention letters?" Therefore, it elaborates on the way to establish everything beyond the scope of the omniscient wisdom. This sutra that teaches the two truths is based on the Sutra of Inexhaustible Intelligence in the commentary of the Ornament, and it is also repeatedly quoted in the commentaries of Acharya Chandrakirti. Therefore, it can be seen that the great beings of the Prasangika and Svatantrika schools have no different distinctions in their identification of the nature of ultimate truth. Therefore, according to this teacher's view, the order of the nature of the two truths is: truth in the face of the wisdom that examines the situation, or covered by the freedom from elaboration that is beyond the object of the mind with dualistic appearance; ultimately, the ultimate truth is divided into two truths, the truth that is true in the face of the mind with dualistic appearance other than the ultimate analytical wisdom. Because the ultimate truth has two types, with and without distinctions, the nature of the ultimate truth does not pervade all, which seems to be the view of this teacher, so what Jowo Je (Atisha) criticized seems to refer to this. Shantarakshita also seems to agree with this teacher's view as it is. As it is said in the Ornament: "Non-arising, etc., also ultimately belong to the conventional of reality, because it is in accordance with the meaning of the holy. This is called the meaning of the holy. In reality, it is liberated from all collections of elaboration. The ultimate is to abandon all networks of elaboration such as things and non-things, arising and non-arising, emptiness and non-emptiness, etc. Non-arising, etc., are called ultimate because they are in accordance with entering into it." Kamalashila considers that there are two types of self-nature of things established by non-erroneous consciousness and the self-nature of things established by erroneous consciousness. As it is said in the Madhyamaka Aloka: "Like illusory men, etc., all things

The distinction between the two truths is established sequentially by the nature of what is established by the deluded and non-deluded consciousness. Thus, the nature established by those who possess deluded consciousness regarding an illusory person, as it is, and the nature of what is imputed by consciousness with a false appearance to all things, is the conventional truth. Thus, the designation of terms is applied, and the nature established by those with non-deluded consciousness regarding the illusory person and so on, as it is, and the nature of what is completely determined by valid cognition regarding all things, is the ultimate truth. Thus it is said. Non-deluded wisdom is considered to be from the valid cognition of reasoning up to the equipoise of the noble ones. This can be known from the quotations cited earlier in the context of sound and meaning. According to the intention of the teacher Lekdenjé, it seems that a similar characteristic can be established. The ultimate truth of the consciousness of the subject is considered to be the equipoise of the noble ones and the subsequent attainment derived from it. This can also be known from the quotations cited earlier in the context of sound and meaning. Secondly, Ngok Loden Sherab considers the characteristics of conventional truth and ultimate truth to be, in order, the object of the mind or how it appears, and how it is not at all. However, Tsang Nakpa argues that the characteristic of conventional truth becomes the opposite of what is knowable and graspable, and because it is established by direct perception that things are pervaded by them, it becomes impossible to mistakenly understand the ultimate truth, and the meaning of "how it is not at all" becomes the side of non-existence if no characteristic is established at all, and he vehemently refutes the imputation. Therefore, it is not reasonable to say that something that is not established at all as a characteristic, because it is established by direct perception only as a dharma that contradicts that appearance, it becomes an obstacle to the determination of ultimate things, and because the meaning to be expressed does not abide in the dharma, it becomes a contradiction of the characteristic. After making such refutations, in his own system, the characteristic of conventional truth is the artificial that becomes the object of terms, clinging to which becomes bondage, and he speaks of it as three distinctions: nature, function, and subject. The power to cut off dissimilar kinds
