Since the Madhyamaka school does not have its own system, it is not their system. Those who claim that things exist have deviated from both truths, so it is not their system either. Because for ordinary worldly people, there is not even a little fame, so it is not their system either. If you say that although those are not actually famous to worldly people, they are the system of worldly people because they can be famous; when worldly people enter that path, they will become famous. If you say so. Then, the "self" and "lord" posited by the internal and external philosophical schools, and the realists of "dust" and "consciousness," will also become the system of worldly people, because although they are not actually famous now, when they enter that philosophical school, they will become famous, which is the same. If you admit it, then those who have withdrawn from the system of worldly people have been spoken of in the scriptures, and your own assertions are also contradictory. Others think that worldly people are the beings between Avici Hell and the Peak of Existence, and between the Great Dharma Supreme. It is easy for those people whether they enter a philosophical school or not, because their minds, which they have been accustomed to since beginningless time, have not been transformed by philosophical schools, and the Madhyamaka scriptures record how that mind appears. If you say that, that is also unreasonable, because the basis spoken of here—the two truths, and the path—dependent arising that is free from extremes, etc., are the realm of the noble ones, not the realm of the minds that ordinary people have been accustomed to since beginningless time, because it is said in the scriptures. The Commentary on the "Entering the Middle Way" says: "Its own nature is not the realm of us whose minds' eyes are completely covered by the thick veil of ignorance, but the realm of the bodhisattvas who abide on the higher grounds, such as the sixth ground." And it says: "We yogis see these things in this way, and others who want to attain the wisdom of yogis should also have more faith in the statement of such a nature of phenomena." Just like the scriptures, it is through the wisdom of yogis that one comprehends and thus begins to explain the selflessness of things, not relying on one's own consciousness. Because it has been said like that. If you think that those are only in terms of the ultimate truth, that is not the case, because all

The establishment of illusory dependent origination is because it is distinguished by the realization of such ultimate truth. Furthermore, some believe that the world consists of all sentient beings from the Avīci hell to the tenth bhūmi, who possess ignorance. From the perspective of these beings, the establishments newly created by conceptual thought do not exist even in conventional terms. Therefore, the establishments explained in this treatise are all the appearances of the basis, path, and result, each according to its nature, effortlessly arising from the power of innate ignorance that these beings have had since beginningless time. What does not appear to ordinary beings appears to noble ones. If one thinks that all establishments are acceptable, that is also not acceptable. Because in the presence of the noble ones' meditative equipoise, all elaborations of the basis, path, and result are completely pacified, so nothing is established. Even the appearance of the establishments of the basis, path, and result in the post-meditative state, if it appears solely due to the power of innate ignorance, then these should also appear to ordinary, common people. The second view is that some say that for the Madhyamikas, there is no establishment of the two truths according to their own system, and the ultimate truth stated in this treatise is the view of the noble ones, because for the ultimate truth, only the noble ones are valid cognizers, not ordinary beings. Conventional truth is the view of ordinary beings, because conventional truth appears only through delusion. Just as a person with clear eyes does not see the hair-like appearance of someone with cataracts, so too, the noble ones who are free from delusion do not see it. The Clear Words states: "Whatever is false or not false, the noble ones do not see it at all." Therefore, ultimate truth follows the noble ones, and conventional truth is merely spoken following ordinary beings. The Commentary on Entering the Middle Way says: "The ultimate is that which is found to be one's own nature by the object of the distinction of those who see the ultimate." And: "Others, ordinary beings, whose eyes of wisdom are completely covered by the cataract of the darkness of ignorance, find their existence by the power of falsehood." The Commentary on the Four Hundred says: "When one wants to explain worldly things, then one should acknowledge all five aggregates with the distinction of external and internal meanings, taking worldly cognition as valid. When one wants to explain the suchness that transcends the world, then one should...
