In order to promise that it will not happen again in the future. Here, the teacher Chandrakirti believes that for the eight initial views that are not specified, the two words "I" and "world" are not mentioned, only "world" is mentioned. At that time, he seems to think that the word "world" can refer to "I". Because according to the teaching "The world is famously known as aggregates, the world must depend on it", when talking about "conventional world", the word "world" refers to the person, which is consistent with what is said in the commentary of Prasannapada. Seventh, when a yogi directly sees no-self, he will see that the aggregates do not exist, because I am one of the aggregates. If it is thought that when karma and result are connected, the word "I" refers to the aggregates, and when the yogi sees no-self, it refers to the inner agent person who is conceived by others, so there is no fault in seeing that it does not exist, then this is also unreasonable, because if the aggregates are "I", then when saying "all dharmas are no-self", it must also be admitted that the aggregates are "I", otherwise it will become arbitrary. In addition, when a yogi sees no-self, he will not realize the suchness of form, etc., because at that time the word "I" only refers to the "I" that is different from form, etc., and is conceived by others. If it is admitted, then when directly seeing no-self, one will also grasp form, etc., and generate attachment, aversion, etc., so liberation is unreasonable. Second, it is unreasonable in the meaning of the scriptures. The meaning of the scriptures saying "aggregates are I" is that the aggregates are indicated as I, and it must be admitted that the collection of aggregates is I, rather than admitting that each aggregate is I, just like "trees are forests" indicates that the collection of trees is a forest. In this way, the collection itself is nothing, so it is not a protector, tamer, and independent. The collection of parts of a chariot can become a chariot, so how can the collection of aggregates be I? The sutra says that the way I and the chariot are established is the same, because: What is called I is the mind of the demon, you have become the seer, these performing aggregates are all empty, this

In reality, there are no sentient beings. Just as a chariot is named by relying on the collection of its parts, similarly, by relying on the aggregates, it is called a conventional sentient being. So it is said. Furthermore, the essence of the sutras is that the mere collection of aggregates is not self, because the sutras say that self is nominally designated in dependence on the aggregates. For example, just as it is composed of the elements. It is also unreasonable to assume that the aggregates are self just because the sutras say that the aggregates are self. Because other sutras say that form is not self, feeling is not self, and so on. In particular, it is unreasonable for the object of innate ego-grasping to be the aggregates themselves. Because the sutras say: Great King, a person is the six elements, the six sense spheres of consciousness, and the eighteen mental activities. Therefore, grasping these dharmas, they are nominally designated as self. It is also harmful from the point of view of reasoning. For as long as the aggregates exist, ego-grasping should exist, because the aggregates are the object of innate ego-grasping. If you accept this, then when directly realizing selflessness, it will not be possible to refute the object of innate ego-grasping. Because at that time, only the permanent self is refuted, but the aggregates are not abandoned. For example, it is like having a snake in one's own house, but not being able to eliminate the fear of the snake because one has not seen an elephant. This is how it is, and if others say that merely refuting the imputed self will not refute the object of innate ego-grasping, because that is not it. Other wise people say that refuting the four extremes of arising will not refute the object of innate grasping of reality, because that is not it, and no one can refute this. Third, refuting the two aspects of the support and the supported means that the self does not exist in the way of relying on the aggregates, nor do the aggregates exist in the way of relying on the self. If it existed as something other, it would be reasonable as a support and supported, like yogurt in a bowl, but because otherness has already been refuted. Fourth, refuting the aspect of possession means that I do not consider myself to possess the aggregates such as form. Because like Indra possessing form, it is not a possession of otherness, and like Indra possessing a cow, it is a possession of otherness, neither of which are
