I, building temples for killing living beings, etc., afterwards, how many living beings were killed there, the descendants of the builder will generate that much non-merit, this is also the same principle, there are two situations. Thus, the Vedas have two types: good and non-good. Non-Vedas have two types: precepts and non-precepts. What arises from enjoyment has two types: merit and non-merit. These six are thoughts, and the previously mentioned actions of the mind and the seven dharmas are considered the basis of karma, which is the distinction in number. Second, there are two ways to avoid eternalism and annihilationism: presenting the argument of falling into eternalism and annihilationism, and stating the way to avoid the fault. The first is: If these karmas remain until the time of fruition, then they will become permanent; if they do not last, but cease in the second moment, like a sprout from a rotten seed, how can a karma that has ceased produce a result? Because it cannot produce, the karma will be annihilated. This is the doubt of all debaters with speculative ability, and there is no need for sectarians with specific positions. The answer is that all sects of self-nature who accept the relationship of karma and result should answer, but here, it is to raise doubts for our own realistic sects to answer. The second has three parts: the way to avoid the fault of eternalism and annihilationism by admitting continuity, refuting it with reason, and the way to avoid the fault of eternalism and annihilationism by admitting non-wastage. The first has three parts: giving an example, applying it to the meaning, and identifying the karmic relationship in the present case. The first is: the Sutra masters, how the continuity of external sprouts and shoots, etc., manifestly arises from the seed, and from that continuity arises the fruit and harvest, and if the previous seed does not exist, the continuity of sprouts, etc., and the fruit harvest will not arise, so the cause and effect are established through following and returning. If the seed does not cease, or ceases without becoming the cause of generating continuity, there will be the fault of eternalism and annihilationism. Because the seed arises and ceases before the fruit, it is not permanent, because it ceases after becoming the cause of generating continuity, so the continuity of sprouts, etc., arises from the seed,
