In order to dispel the doubt of "Is it 'that'?", the truth of the path is mentioned. Since 'unconditioned' is not widely known, in order not to understand it as 'unleaked', it is indicated by its own term. They say so. The second is the opposite of the previous definition of the leaked. In the upper Abhidharma, the meaning of leaked and unleaked is explained in relation to the six doors of leakage and unrelated. The third is divided into two: unleaked conditioned and unleaked unconditioned. The first is the truth of the path, which has been said before to be the five aggregates. The second is divided into three. The characteristic base of space is: unconditioned, unspecified, and a substance that exists as a substance. In the sutra, a Brahmin asked: 'Oh, Gautama, what does the earth rely on?' Brahmin, it relies on water. 'What does water rely on?' It relies on wind. 'What does wind rely on?' It relies on space. 'What does that rely on?' That is without reliance, without appearance, without object.' Therefore, the Vaibhashikas say that the meaning of reliance is the real existence that can function. The Sautrantikas believe that it is only the pacification of the leaked, and there is no real object. The definition is non-obscuration, that is, not obstructed, so there is neither obscuration nor obscurer. If so, then mind and mental factors, and the two cessations also become space, because they are non-obscuring. If you ask this, the reason is not established, because the knowledge of a powerful yogi can make the knowledge of others crazy, etc., so it can obscure the lurker, and the two cessations can also obscure the arising of some future dharmas, so it is good that the former people explained it this way. The meaning of the word is derived from the sound of akasha (藏文:ཨ་ཀ་ཤ,梵文天城体:आकाश,梵文罗马拟音:ākāśa,汉语字面意思:sky), because it has the meaning of understanding, so it is space. Second, the analysis of selective cessation is divided into three, the characteristic base is: any dharma that is separated from the leaked. The Vaibhashikas explain it as the four truths according to the scriptures, therefore, cessation is real, because it is said to be true, just like the other three. The Sautrantikas believe that it is only the annihilation of the leaked that is to be abandoned. Second, the definition is: the cessation that is to be obtained by the power of the unleaked unobstructed path. Some say that it is obtained by abandoning the abandonment of the same part of the unleaked unobstructed path, which is also unreasonable, because it is obtained through the worldly path.

Because it does not pervade the two fruits. If it is thought that it is the same that it does not pervade the former either, then, even if the afflictions to be abandoned are abandoned by the mundane path, there is no non-pervasion because one obtains its own nature through the supramundane path. The meaning of the term is: The cessation obtained by the power of wisdom that individually examines the truths such as suffering, just as a pot filled with butter is called a butter pot, the word "of" in the middle is not obvious. Third, the division is: So, is the cessation of all contaminated things one or many? It is only a separate entity, as stated in the commentary: As many entities as there are that possess, so many entities are there that are separated. Therefore, the five categories of afflictions to be abandoned, which are possessing entities, are different entities, so the five cessations that abandon them are also different entities. If it is not so, then when the cessation of what is to be abandoned by seeing the truth of suffering is obtained, the cessation of other categories of afflictions to be abandoned will also be obtained, so it will be meaningless to meditate on the antidote in order to abandon the remaining categories. Some say that the eighty-nine unconditioned liberations are different, so they think that the entities are different, but the ancients said that for those antidotes that do not have different entities, the distinction of separation from the perspective of what is to be abandoned is not made, so it is the basis for investigation. Thus, it seems that the meaning of the words "entities that possess" must apply to both what is to be abandoned and the antidote. In the commentary, it is said: So, cessation is not similar, what is the meaning of this? The meaning of that word is that nothing is a cause similar to this, and this is not a cause of similarity to anything, that is, this has no similarity. The meaning in the sutra is: A Bhikshuni named Offering Mother, a former benefactor named Saga, asked: Is the cessation of the Holy Mother similar? Venerable Saga is not similar. Cessation means without difference, if it is different, there must be a similar one, a similar place, and a similar dharma, is that so? The sutra says: The sound of the cause is not obvious, that is, this is not a cause of similarity, and the cause of similarity of this is not any other dharma, because the cause and effect of similarity are unconditioned. That is the meaning, not that cessation mutually prevents similarity. The Sautrantika school believes that cessation is non-preclusive.
