Similarly, do not put snot, vomit, phlegm, and saliva into the water, and do not discard them after doing so. Do not do these things where there is green grass, and do not discard them there. If all places are covered with green grass, there is no transgression. These are the precepts that belong to the manner of practice. The section on prohibiting movement is: except for cases where harm occurs, do not climb trees, etc., higher than one's own height. In short, all the actions of going, walking, lying down, and sitting of the ordained should be done with mindfulness, and should not be a cause for others to lose faith. In the evening, one should also strive to read, listen, and contemplate, or to practice meditation, etc. After one-third of the night has passed, wash the feet outside the monastery, and lie down without shaking the body, mind, and clothes. Not shaking the body means lying down on the right side, placing the left hand on the thigh, supporting the cheek with the right hand, bending the knees close to the heart, and lying down with the head facing the desired direction. Not shaking the mind means thinking of getting up quickly to do virtuous deeds, keeping the mind clear, thinking of death and impermanence, the faults of samsara, and the qualities of the Three Jewels, etc., and falling asleep with a virtuous mind. Not shaking the clothes means taking off the lower garment, putting on the lining of the lower garment, folding the robes and upper garments many times and using them as a pillow, and lying down on a suitable mat. The five categories of transgressions of monks and the antidotes for abandoning these transgressions have been explained. The precepts for nuns are: eight defeats, twenty sanghavaseshas, as well as thirty-three nissaggiya pacittiyas, one hundred and eighty pacittiyas, eleven patidesaniyas, plus the remaining part of the training, the peaceful conduct is the same as that of monks. Thus, three hundred and sixty-two transgressions have been spoken of, which need to be understood elsewhere. It has been explained that guarding is done by recognizing the unfavorable aspects of the training. Fourth, guarding through completely purifying the training has three aspects: the posadha related to simultaneous events, the reason for prohibition and release, which is the summer retreat, and guarding through prohibition and release related to occasional events. The first is: increasing the three trainings and eliminating unfavorable factors.

Because it increases, it is called "Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase)". The Karma Shatam states, "The meaning of 'Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase)' is to increase and practice the three trainings." If categorized, there are two types: the Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) of tranquility that increases and practices the other two trainings, and the harmonious Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) that increases and practices the training of discipline. The first is that in a qualified secluded room, a meditating monk resides, and through the meditation of the union of tranquility and insight, and the samadhi of mind and mental factors, abandoning the afflictions and discriminations that are the cause of downfall, thus the continuum is not stained by downfall, and the discipline becomes completely pure. Relying on it, it is a method to make the training of mind and wisdom increasingly grow. It will be taught elsewhere. The second is the harmonious Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase), which is divided into general teachings and specific explanations for specific situations. The first is that the Karma Shatam states, "The harmonious Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) has five types, namely the fourteenth day, the fifteenth day, the auspicious Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase), the Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) of removing harm, and the Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) of reconciliation." Among them, the fourteenth and fifteenth days will be taught later. The auspicious Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) is, such as "Hulu Hulu yi rang dang (Tibetan)", "Kun spyod snod dang lan tshwa dang (Tibetan)", "Lam dang sor gnyis dkrugs dang gding (Tibetan)", "Gser gyi rung ba byas pa ni (Tibetan)", "'Di dag rung min gzhi bcu yin (Tibetan)", etc., eliminating the ten unsuitable bases, and performing it at auspicious times such as consecration. The Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) of removing harm is for pacifying diseases and epidemics. The Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) of reconciliation is performed when the Sangha is divided to reconcile, etc., and when performing Karma, it is also said that this is the auspicious Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) of the Sangha. The second is the fourteenth and fifteenth days, so there are six aspects: where, by which Sangha, when, with what ritual, for what purpose is the Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) performed, and the special features of the Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase). First, within which boundary does the Sangha agree to perform the Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) in advance through solicitation and two Karmas, and the Gso sbyong (Tibetan transliteration: Sojong, meaning increase) is performed there. Solicitation and two Karmas will be taught later. Second, how many people have gathered within the boundary to form the Sangha?
