The object for making cessation is any of the three types of Dharma robes. It is the size of the Sugata's Dharma robe or larger than that size, it is one's own, and it has not been made before. One does not have just the body of the Sugata. The three are the same. The size of the Sugata's Dharma robe is the same as the Sugata's own Dharma robe that was measured during bathing. Those that are solely downfall offenses have been explained. Fourth is the category of individual confessions. Summarized as: Towns and other homes, oneself, trainings, and monasteries, the Buddha, who benefits, spoke of individual confessions. That is, "trainings" refers to the part of the object, and the other three refer to the part of the location. The first is the individual confession of receiving food from a Bhikshuni, which has four parts. The basis is the location: a Bhikshuni who possesses the eight dharmas, residing in a town or near a town, or on a main road, any of these three locations. The object is food suitable for the time or prepared food that is suitable, of proper measure, offered by that Bhikshuni in a non-intimate manner. One's self also resides in any of those three locations. The intention is to want to receive, the action is to actually begin to receive, and the completion is having eaten. The second is the individual confession of eating without having arrived in order, which has four parts. The basis is a householder who possesses five terms, is not a relative, and is materially different from oneself or the two Bhikshunis. The object is food suitable for the time or prepared food that is suitable, of proper measure. The ordainer is a Bhikshuni who possesses seven dharmas, resides in a place where one can stand up and has begun to ordain, or any one who has not ordained. The companion is a Bhikshu who possesses six dharmas, oneself and less than three. One's self is not called by his words or his relatives. The intention is to want to receive, the action is to take and begin by oneself or by the ordained one, and the completion is swallowing into the throat. The third is the individual confession of breaking the training and entering the house, which has four parts. The basis is the location: a householder who has given the vow of training and is connected, and the material is different. The object is prepared food suitable for the time or suitable food, of proper measure, belonging to that person, not many radishes and so on. One's self is not invited as a guest in front of the one who gave the vow. The three are the same. The fourth is the individual confession of eating food without inspecting the forest, which has four parts. The basis is the location.

These are householders with five names, whose substances are different. The objects are the same. The place is outside the range of a shout from a village or monastery, and is accompanied by fear. One is not a monastic, and is not protected by oneself or others. There are two aspects to thought: not being confused about general and specific characteristics, and having the intention to eat. The action is starting to eat, and the final act is completely swallowing into the throat. The categories of individual confessions have been explained. The calculation of the branches of these four categories is done according to the tradition of Marton. Fifth, the things to be learned are the nine categories of offenses: the category of wearing clothes, the category of going to places, the category of sitting on a mat, the category of taking food, the category of eating food, the category of using a bowl, the category of teaching the Dharma, the category of deviating from the way of practice, and the category of prohibiting wandering. First: In the Vinaya it says, "There are seven ways for the lower garment, and three ways for the upper garment." This means that at dawn, put down the lining of the lower garment and put on the lower garment. There are seven ways: the lower garment should be worn in a rounded manner. It should not be too rough, nor too smooth, nor too long like an elephant's trunk, nor folded upwards, nor standing like a pillar, nor protruding outwards like a snake's head, one should learn to wear it in this way. Similarly, the upper garment should also be worn in a rounded manner, not too rough, nor too smooth, one should learn to wear it in this way. Second: In the Vinaya it says, "Very restrained, etc., five kinds; head covering, etc., five kinds; jumping, etc., five kinds; body, etc., five kinds." This means that one should go to other people's houses very restrainedly. One should be well-dressed, not make noise, not let the eyes wander, and walk looking at a place about the height of a yoke. Furthermore, one should not cover the head with a head covering, etc., one should not let the clothes drag above the knees, one should not wear them askew on the shoulders, one should not cross the hands in front of the chest, nor cross them behind the back, one should walk in this way. Furthermore, one should not jump, one should not stretch the body, one should not squat, one should not press the chest to the ground, one should not lean on the waist. Furthermore, one should not turn the body.
