Because it is not pervasive. The general meaning of 'sha pa' appearing in the conceptualization of grasping wood, is a difference relative to the general meaning of wood, but it is not the general meaning of wood. If you are the general meaning of that dharma, that dharma is also not pervasive of you. The negation of wood is the general meaning of wood, but wood is not the negation of wood. It seems to be the intention of this great being that difference is also established as imputation. The Pramāṇavārttika says, "Those meanings that exist in consciousness, are thus characterized by negation. Therefore, they appear as if they are not different entities, and they also appear as being different from others. Therefore, there are generalities and those that share a basis and have an object of experience." The meaning of this is stated in the Rigs gter: "That which negates from other and self-objects, is generality and difference." Because difference and co-basis are said to be synonymous. If so, then "Because if separated from one, there is no result, those arise from differences." and "Therefore, differences are different from general dharmas, therefore they are cause and effect." are contradictory. If you ask this, the former is considering that some of the words "difference" in the text's wording refer to self-character. For example, some words for substance and object refer to exclusion. The latter is the meaning that the two words, the arising of effort that has become a sign and the arising of effort that has become a subject, are general and different. The three, sign, subject, and object, which have become parts of effort, are imputations, which will be explained below. Second, in terms of division. It is said that there are two types of direct generality and difference, and higher-level generality and difference. These should also be understood in the context of the meaning of the text, how they are established in the appearance of conceptualization. Third, there are three: refutation, establishment, and abandonment. The first has two: refutation by reasoning and refutation by scripture. The first has three: refuting that general appearance is other substance, refuting that general appearance is one substance, and refuting other schools that hold that general meaning is non-existent. The first is: The Vaiśeṣika says that the great general meaning of existence, and the general meaning of cow that is close to it, etc., pervade their own appearances, and are different substances from their own appearances, are permanent, are partless, and exist connected to the appearances by means of tight combinations, etc. For example, like the combination of many cows.

It is just like connecting and establishing. It is said that for those clear things, this is also the reason why sound and consciousness operate in unison. To refute this, there are many discussions in the scriptures, but the main reasoning is: Wood is clear, Dharma nature, you do not have an entity different from you, your general characteristic does not exist, because the visible measure has not observed it. The second part includes: stating the views of the Samkhya, stating the views of the Vaisheshika similar to this view, and refuting both on the same side. The first part includes two points: the names of those who state the tenets, and the establishment of the tenets he stated. The first point is: In the past, when the lifespan of humans was 20,000 years, a sage named Kapila appeared. Those who followed the numerous treatises he composed, because they considered the knowable to be twenty-five and determined the number, were called Samkhyas; because they regarded Sage Kapila as a refuge, they were called Kapilas; because they considered the changes to be made by the predominant one, they were called the predominant ones; because they considered the nature of the changes and the predominant one to be the same, they were called the nature-identical ones; because they considered the changes to be of the nature of equal parts of the three components of dust, darkness, and power, they were called the three Guna ones; because they considered the self, the Purusha of knowledge, to be the enjoyer, they were called the knowers; the Purusha ones, etc., are different ways of saying the name. The second part includes five points: the classification of the knowable, the nature of each, their collection, the way they transform into cause and effect, and the establishment of liberation. The first point is: the knowable is determined to be twenty-five, namely self, nature, great, ego, eleven organs, five Tanmatras, and five elements. The second point is: the self is permanent, real, unique, without parts, the enjoyer and user of all changes, existing in all states of bondage and liberation. It is also called the knower, the cognizer, and the Purusha. Nature is what produces all changes, and is of the nature of equal parts of the three components of dust, darkness, and power. It is also called cause, aggregate, and predominant one. The great one is located between the object and consciousness, arising from its own cause, the predominant one, and producing its own effect, the remaining changes. For example, like a double-sided mirror or a glass house. It
