Mama. Third, although the three aspects are complete and the previous opponent has established it, there are flaws in the way it is expressed. For example, a statement with five members has both excess and deficiency flaws. In the face of an opponent who must explicitly state both the subject-property and the pervasion, stating only one of them is like having a deficiency flaw. Even if a statement with two members is stated, adding the third and fifth case endings to the end of the sentence is like having a flaw in the way it is expressed, and this is the third case. Second, regarding refutation statements, there are two types: correct refutations and seemingly correct refutations. The first has two aspects: definition and classification. The first, the definition, is a statement that makes one understand the flaw by stating the flaw as a flaw. The second has three ways of classifying. From the perspective of the object, there are three types of correct refutations that state as flaws the flaws of the reason, the flaws of the definition, and the flaws of the commitment. From the perspective of the essence, there are three types of correct refutations that state as flaws the flaws of meaning, the flaws of intelligence, and the flaws of sound. From the perspective of expression, there are two types: the real and the consequential. Second, regarding seemingly correct refutations, there are two aspects: definition and classification. The first is: any statement presented as a refutation that cannot make one understand the flaw because it does not state the flaw as a flaw. The second has two aspects: negation and affirmation. The first is: the outsiders' claim of twenty-two defeats and twenty-four reversals has already been refuted. The Vaisheshika school's Krishna says that there are six types of flaws: stating as flaws what are not flaws of the reason, flaws of the definition, and flaws of the commitment, and stating as flaws the flaws of meaning, the flaws of intelligence, and the flaws of sound. This statement is unreasonable because when the proponent states a correct proof, they are slandered from various sides, or they praise themselves, or they explain other irrelevant things, and these are not included in the above situations. The second is: as stated in the "Nyaya Sutra," the fundamental classification is into two types: not stating a flaw and stating what is not a flaw, and the internal classifications are inconceivable, as stated in the "Pramana-viniscaya": Because there is no end to wrong answers, these should not be elaborated on here. Therefore, it is said. Third, from the perspective of expression, there are two types: statements of self-nature and statements of consequence. The first is:

It has already been explained above since it has the same meaning as the establishing statement. The second part has two aspects: the classification of fallacies and the manner of refutation. The first part has three divisions: refutation, establishment, and abandonment. The first of these has two aspects: stating the assertion and refuting it. The first is: According to the assertion of Rigpai Wangchuk Phyawa, fallacies are divided into fourteen types, and these are further divided into valid and apparent types. The valid ones are divided into those that entail a proof and those that do not, making three divisions. The first is: As it says, "The four fallacies are divided into fourteen, the people of the snowy land assert it thus." The four root divisions are: both the sign and the pervasion are unestablished; only the sign is unestablished; only the pervasion is unestablished; and both are established. The first is: For example, to a Buddhist, "Sound, the subject, should be unmeasurable, because it is permanent." Like this, neither is established by valid cognition, nor is it accepted. The second is: "Sound, the subject, should be uncreated, because it is permanent." Like this. The third is: "Sound, the subject, should be permanent, because it is measurable." Like this. The fourth has four divisions: both are valid cognitions; both are accepted; the sign is a valid cognition and the pervasion is accepted; the sign is accepted and the pervasion is established by valid cognition. The first is: To a Buddhist, "Sound, the subject, should be impermanent, because it is created." Like this, this is apparent because it refutes the opponent's assertion. To someone who accepts that sound is permanent, the fallacy is that both the sign and the pervasion are valid cognitions. For the pledge, there is a contradiction of acceptance, which is a valid fallacy, making two. The second is: To someone who believes that sound is an object of eye consciousness and that permanence pervades it, "Sound, the subject, should be permanent, because it is an object of eye consciousness." Like this, if sound is determined to be impermanent by valid cognition, then for the pledge, there is a contradiction of valid cognition. If it is not determined by valid cognition but only accepted, then there is a contradiction of acceptance. If neither exists, then there is no contradiction at all, making three. The third is: To someone who says that whatever is created is pervaded by permanence, "Sound, the subject, should be permanent, because it is created." Like this, this also changes into three depending on whether there is a contradiction in the pledge or not. The fourth is: To someone who says that sound is permanent, "Sound, the subject, should be uncreated, because it is permanent." Like this, this also changes into three as before depending on the difference of whether there is a contradiction or not. The second
