Having made the omniscient and non-deceptive wisdom, the addition of the word "new" is because the intention of the great treatises is confused, so it should be discarded far away. Third, refuting disputes: non-deception, non-understanding, and clarity of meaning, if the self-character realization is consistent in meaning, then there is no fault of not pervading the measure of measuring non-existent things, if you say so, there is no fault, because it measures the object as not self-characterized, it cannot accomplish the benefit, so it is non-deceptive. The eye consciousness that holds a white conch as yellow and the eye consciousness that appears to be walking on a tree, the subject, is a measure, it should be, because it is a non-deceptive consciousness, if you say so, it is not established, because it holds the conch as yellow and the tree as walking, none of which are established in this way. Second, there are three ways in which it eliminates superimposition: the nature of the superimposition to be cut off, the nature of the decisive decision to be cut off, and how it is determined. First, the definition is: the clinging mind that speculates from the meaning of reality to other extremes. There are two types of classification: conceptual false consciousness and doubt, not non-conceptual false consciousness, etc., because both superimposition and definite knowledge cannot occur simultaneously in the continuum of one person, any eye consciousness that manifests two moons and the definite knowledge that determines that there are no two moons occur simultaneously in the continuum of one person. Second, the definition is: any conceptualization that corresponds to the meaning of its own object and holds it exclusively, and it is impossible to hold it as not being so without diminishing the function of holding it. From the perspective of not distinguishing between real and imputed, there are two types of classification: correct determination and wrong determination. The first type is like the definite knowledge that sound is impermanent. The second type is like the wrong concept of holding sound as permanent. The latter is an imputed determination because it is the superimposition of the object of manifestation of definite knowledge. From the perspective of nature, there are two types of classification: determination that becomes a measure and determination that is not a measure. The first type is all inferences. The second type is like the definite knowledge that arises from being guided by direct perception and inference. Direct perceptions are not the nature of the decisive decision to be cut off, because the function is completed by merely manifesting the self-object, so it is impossible to have a determination of the self-object. Third, for, the measure of conventional terms is, taking and abandoning for the existence or non-existence of self-characteristics.

Therefore, it does not have a definite result of existence or non-existence. Hence, it does not itself become a valid cognition. As it is said. Then, does it lead to certainty by its own power? Some valid cognitions lead to certainty by their own power, and some valid cognitions that arise after themselves are led to certainty by the power of others. The meaning of cutting off superimposition with certainty is that certainty does not have the power to cut off the seed continuum of superimposition. The manifestation of superimposition does not occur even when the mind is distracted to other objects, so after certainty arises, before its function disappears, superimposition cannot occur, and this is considered to be the certainty that cuts off superimposition. Third, there are four ways to determine the meaning indicated by the definition: the classification of what is indicated, refuting misconceptions about the basis, explaining the valid cognition that determines the definition of the basis, and how to establish or refute it. First, there are six: what is the basis of classification, what is the nature of what is classified, what is the reason for distinguishing, what is the meaning of how it is classified, what is the definite number of classifications, and the meaning of each classification. First, some Tibetans say that valid cognition is the basis of classification, but correct consciousness is not the basis of classification, because decisive cognition and mental inference are also correct consciousness, so there is a fault of the basis of classification being too broad. This statement is unreasonable, because correct consciousness that is not valid cognition has been excluded. Master Dharmakirti said that there are two valid cognitions: valid cognition that appears to be functional and valid cognition that is highly engaged in the ability to function. The former, such as fire appearing to have the function of cooking and burning, is the direct cause of the accomplishment of a person's purpose. The latter, such as fire and water, etc., are merely appearances and are the indirect cause of the accomplishment of a person's purpose. Among them, the former is not the basis of classification, because its infallibility has already been determined by itself, so it is not an object of study in the scriptures, and it is determined only by direct perception, so there are no two, direct perception and inference. Therefore, it is unreasonable to say that only the latter is the basis of classification. If the general cannot be the basis of classification, and the particulars must be separated to be the basis of classification, then all classifications such as direct perception also need to be like this, so it is too excessive. The self-system believes that valid cognition and correct consciousness have the same meaning.
