Also, if it is said that because there is no other meaning to the signified, that name is used as a nominal name. Then, whatever is like a great row of mansions, is the subject. It should not be something that is approximately named as great, because it is the object of a consciousness that is not confused with the fact that it is no different from mountains, etc., which are actually great, and is great itself. Furthermore, if it is said that for a signified that has another meaning, that name is a real name; and for a signified that has no other meaning, that name is used as a nominal name, that is not certain. Because for some things that want to manifest that meaning as real, the reason why the name of that meaning is used as a real name is precisely because there is no other meaning to the signified, which is the same. For example, the sound of the meaning of a word, is the subject. For the six meanings of a word, it is not used as a real name, because for the six meanings of a word, the reason for using it as a real name is not seen to depend on any other signified. Therefore, whatever is established as a name from fame, that is, by convention, is a real name for that meaning; and because that meaning is similar to some qualities, the name that is spoken for another meaning is common, that is, a nominal name. A name, is the subject. It is not that real names and nominal names are distinguished by whether the signified exists as a thing or not, because even for some things that are foolish sons, the name "thing without a son" is used nominally. If it is said that fame is indeed a real name, but that fame is not used without other meanings as characteristics. Then, fame, is the subject. It does not depend on having other meanings as characteristics, because it is something that follows convention. This is pervasive, because that convention is also something that follows the intention of expression. If it does not depend on other signifieds, then what is the purpose of convention? Convention, is the subject. It is necessary, because it is used for the purpose of the application and withdrawal of terminology, therefore. For example, for some differences in composition, even though a garland of flowers has no other meaning as a characteristic, there is the name "flower garland holder"; and for some parts of sound, even though the stem and suffix have no other meaning as a characteristic, it is like naming them with those names. The third part has three points: grasping the general through one result, showing the elimination of others in the realm of sound, the general thing is the sound of

Non-inherent. First, if there is no common meaning in many appearances, how does the common grasping arise? Although the many pot appearances are different substances without a common entity, in the grasping of a pot, the cause of the same kind of consciousness is the object of those pot appearances. The wisdom of the common grasping of a pot arises because any object, through its nature, the knowledge of the common grasping of a pot will understand the pot in the same way. Even the many pot appearances cannot generate a single common grasping wisdom, because the knowledge of grasping a clay pot, etc., is different. The different pot appearances are not understood as different kinds for the pot, but in the same way as a cause, so the pot is of the same kind. The many pot grasping knowledge is also an object of dharma. Similarly, they are of the same kind because they have the same continuum of a single common grasper of knowledge. Therefore, the many pot appearances are objects of dharma. Merely by eliminating what is unrelated to the result of the pot, one can follow the commonality of elimination, but there is no common entity, because they are the same as what is unrelated to the result of the pot, and no other commonality that can appear is observed. The second is divided into two: the object of the name is other-exclusion. The object of the word is also other-exclusion. The first is divided into two: the object of entry is the other-exclusion of meaning. The real object is the other-exclusion of wisdom. First, for the objects of pot appearances, the hearing of the word "pot" is an object of dharma. You are the ultimate abode of the pot's self-character, because you are assigned a meaning different from non-pot. Because in what you express, the objects clinging to pot appearances have something different from non-pot. If the pot's self-character is directly expressed, will it change? The sound of the word "pot" is an object of dharma. It touches the distinction that can realize the external meaning, that is, the other-exclusion of meaning, although it is not directly expressed, it is the ultimate abode of the other-exclusion of meaning, because the image you distinguish clings to the external meaning, that is directly expressed. The image is indirectly related to the ultimate abodes of the self-character. Therefore, hearing the sound of the word "pot" is an object of dharma. It is called taking the other-exclusion of the pot as its object.
