Refuting the difference between being manifest and not being manifest. First, if it is said that the mind that grasps the happiness etc. of another's continuum is a phenomenon, it is not experiencing happiness etc., because it is produced by happiness etc. and does not appear as happiness etc. Pervasion: Because the mind that is produced by happiness etc. and appears as happiness etc. itself knows happiness etc., that is, experiences happiness etc. Then, does the objective condition of that mind act on the happiness etc. of another's continuum or not? If it does, then for the mind of another person who focuses on the happiness etc. of another person, it is also a phenomenon, born from the happiness etc. of another person, and the appearance of both, this must exist without a doubt, because the happiness etc. of another person has become your objective condition. If it is not born from the happiness etc. of another person and does not appear as such, then the mind that grasps the happiness etc. of another's continuum is a phenomenon, and the happiness etc. of another's continuum becomes something that does not exist as your object of apprehension, because it is not like being born from the happiness etc. of another's continuum. If that mind does not grasp the own-character of another's happiness etc., but grasps the general image of another's happiness etc., then it is not without an object, then the mind that grasps another's happiness etc. is a phenomenon, and it also does not grasp the objects of the general image of another's happiness etc., because the clarity of another's happiness etc. is not grasped. Pervasion: If the general object exists slightly, it can be grasped without relying on clarity, but the general object does not exist as an object at all. As has been said before. There is a mistake in experiencing happiness etc. by another mind, therefore, the thing that appears as happiness etc. is a phenomenon, and the mind that experienced it before is generally manifest and especially established as self-cognizant manifest, because it is not different from the mind that experienced it itself, that is, it is the same substance. Second, there are two: stating the consequence; refuting the denial of fault. First, if it is said that the consciousness of another person is only grasping the happiness etc. of another person, but it is not grasping it as manifest, and one's own consciousness grasps one's own happiness etc. as manifest, so there is a difference between whether or not one has joy and sorrow for oneself and others, then the two minds that grasp the happiness etc. of oneself and others are phenomena, and there is a difference between whether or not one grasps the happiness etc. of oneself and others as manifest.

Then from where does it come, is it not so? Because one's own happiness etc. is the same as taking something hidden outside oneself as an object. The second case is: if it is not pervasive, because sentient beings themselves have unseen karma that experiences their own happiness etc., and one's own happiness etc. and one's own consciousness both have a connection of existing in the meaning of one self, and so on, the Lord of Power likes to experience one's own happiness etc., but for the happiness etc. of other sentient beings, it is just the opposite, so one can separately determine whether one's own and others' happiness etc. are experienced or not experienced. Then, the happiness etc. of others, as a subject, should not be held by others in any way, because others do not have the karma etc. to hold it. If you say there is no fault, because from karma etc., there is a difference between experiencing and not experiencing one's own and others' happiness etc., but only in holding it is the same. Then, one's own mind, as a subject, is also unreasonable for the difference between directly experiencing one's own happiness etc. and not directly experiencing others' happiness etc., because one's own and others' happiness etc. are the same in terms of being hidden, so it is immediately negated by the above reason. The second part is divided into two points: presenting the inference, refuting the disclaimer. The first point is: those who directly experience and recognize the happiness and suffering etc. of others through yoga, that yogi, as a subject, should be tormented by suffering just as suffering arises in the continuum, because it is the same in experiencing suffering, that is, it is the same only in recognizing suffering. The pervasiveness is admitted. The second point is: if for those yogis, the suffering that arises from the aggregation of objects etc. and sense faculties does not arise, because there is no aggregation of object and sense faculty. Then, the argument, as a subject, the yogi should experience suffering because he knows the suffering of others, to this, it is not reasonable to answer that he does not experience suffering because suffering does not arise, because in your school, becoming the nature of suffering oneself is not considered experiencing suffering, however, it is only considered experiencing when the consciousness of knowing suffering arises. Then, how does your yogi recognize happiness etc.? Dharmakirti, as a subject, the yogi
