Moreover, even if one sees the qualities in what belongs to me, such as hair that has fallen from the body, it is because you are not there. If it is said that the cause of attachment to what is mine is the thought of what belongs to me, and that arises from seeing qualities, so one abandons it by meditating on suffering. Then, the cause of the thought of what belongs to me arising in what belongs to me, has the property. It is not only because of seeing the qualities of what belongs to me, because even for children, etc., you exist, so it is for that reason. Therefore, the person, has the property. Because seeing faults in the senses, etc., which are not qualities, so the thought of what belongs to me in the senses, etc., is also not abandoned, because the thought of what belongs to me also does not arise from seeing qualities. The seventh is, moreover, the accomplishment of meditating on what belongs to me as suffering, has the property. How does it harm the attachment to what belongs to me? It does not harm, because its cause is attachment to me, which is without harm. The pervasion is, the qualities that do not exist in what belongs to me are because of attachment to the fabricated self, so it is because of seeing attachment in what belongs to me as well. Second, not being able to abandon by knowing the difference between the senses and the self, the Samkhyas say, attachment does not arise from seeing qualities, but if the object of attachment by nature and the person are held as one, then attachment arises to that object. If one knows that those are different, then one will become free from attachment. Then, ordinary people, have the property. They are free from attachment to the senses, etc., because you know through this that I am different from the senses, etc., because even though they do not want me to become other, they also seek for their senses, etc., to obtain other excellences, and even though they see me as permanent, they also have the thought of knowing the arising and destruction of the senses, etc. Therefore, attachment, has the property. It is also not done by seeing the object and the person as one, because even if one knows that the object and the person are different, you still arise, so it is for that reason. Then, what is the cause of attachment to what belongs to me? Attachment to me, has the property. You are the cause of attachment to what belongs to me, because merely by your existence, attachment arises naturally in the internal limbs of the senses, etc., which belong to me, which generate the consciousness of the object. Third, not being able to abandon because of aversion from suffering is divided into two, aversion attach

Showing that it is not without attachment, and eliminating contradictions. First, someone thinks that because one sees the senses, etc., as suffering, one develops aversion to them, and thus one can be free from attachment to that object. In response: Whoever has self-grasping, if they develop aversion because they see the suffering of certain objects, such aversion, by its nature, is associated with hatred, not without attachment. Because at that time there is still attachment, because they seek to escape from suffering and obtain happiness at other times. Therefore, hatred characterized by aversion, by its nature, exists only as long as suffering exists, because it is the cause of suffering and also the result of suffering. If suffering disappears, then it will again rely on its own nature of attachment. Second, someone thinks that if this is the case, then non-attachment is impossible. In response: For all objects that are lovely and unlovely, without likes and dislikes, a person with equanimity is called non-attachment, because they have abandoned the attachment to taking and rejecting objects. Someone asks: To what extent of equanimity can one be called non-attachment? Answer: If a person respectfully anoints one side of someone's body with sandalwood, while another person cuts their flesh with a knife out of hatred, they can maintain equanimity, without attachment and anger, then you can be called non-attachment, because you are the epitome of abandoning the attachment to taking and rejecting. Fourth, eliminating the contradiction with the sutra's statement of practicing suffering. Someone thinks that if practicing suffering on the senses, etc., and developing aversion to suffering is not non-attachment, then it contradicts the sutra's statement of practicing suffering. In response: Bhagavan, it is not considering the suffering of suffering that one speaks of practicing suffering, but considering the suffering of conditioning that one speaks of practicing suffering. And the suffering of conditioning that we speak of is merely the contaminated aggregates born from existence, which is the main factor of dependent origination mentioned in the chapter on the origin of suffering, and it is not merely the suffering of suffering. Here, if one explains the previous things, that is, momentary arising and ceasing, things born from causes and conditions, as becoming suffering because they are dominated by causes, then that is a view that does not distinguish between schools. Because in the view of the Sutra school, uncontaminated conditioned phenomena, etc.
