Because you won't abandon having the thought of owning 'mine' to prevent it. The second part has seven points: If there is clinging to 'mine', it is impossible to abandon. If 'mine' is abandoned, there is no characteristic of 'mine'. If there is clinging to self, attachment to 'mine' will arise. The effort of meditating on suffering will become meaningless. If I have no faults, there is no place for attachment and separation. Knowing the faults cannot abandon attachment. Because the cause is not harmed, it cannot be abandoned. The first part has two points: If there is clinging to 'mine', there is no detachment from attachment. Refuting the proof of destroying clinging to 'mine'. The first point is: That self-clinger who knows the faults of 'mine' is the subject. Where does the attachment and separation from that 'mine' come from? It is impossible. Because what prevents the thought of clinging to 'mine'? It won't prevent it. Because the senses, etc., that are 'mine' are the basis of enjoyment, they are taken as the very cause of benefiting oneself. This is universal. Because hair and nails, etc., that are removed from the body are not taken as the cause of benefiting oneself, a mind of aversion will arise. And for hair, etc., that are on another's body, because they are taken as the cause of benefiting oneself, a mind with attachment will arise. All of this is manifestly established. The second part has two points: Refuting the destruction of clinging to 'mine' by meditating on suffering. Refuting the destruction of clinging to 'mine' by generating suffering. The first point is: If by meditating on the suffering of 'I', etc., you abandon the thought of 'mine' towards it, then the sign that says 'what prevents my mind from being averted' is not established. For 'I', etc., even if suffering is recognized, the thought of 'mine' will not be abandoned. Because the cause of the arising of the thought of 'mine' in you is the connection of 'I' and gathering, etc. Even if that connection is recognized as suffering, it remains as it was before. Accepting the sign, refuting the Vaisheshika school. The Samkhya school believes that the object of clinging and the clinger, the purusha, are known as one, so the thought of 'mine' arises, and they also believe that the knowledge of oneness is produced by aggregation. This is unreasonable. My form, etc., is the subject. The thought of 'mine' will not arise in you. Because there is no connection of aggregation between you and 'I', and there is no knowledge of considering 'I' and other things as one.

Cannot agree, because all external "mine" are seen as beneficial to oneself. Secondly, a liberated saint does not generate the thought of "I" towards power etc., and will abandon it, because they see power etc. as the source of suffering. For example, like a finger bitten by a poisonous snake. Therefore, if it is said that "what will transform one's own mind?" this reason is not established, then, the senses etc. are not entirely considered as the source of suffering, because they may also be considered as the source of some temporary happiness. If it is said that one abandons power etc. merely because one considers most of them as the source of suffering, just as one abandons most poisonous food because one considers it as the source of suffering, then both the metaphor and the meaning are not established. Because, a person with the thought of taking and rejecting, if he obtains special food, he will be attached to its happiness, and thus no longer be attached to the opposite poisonous food, because he craves special happiness, so he completely abandons the slight happiness. A person without the thought of taking and rejecting, due to attachment to "I", will also accept it like obtaining poisonous food, because they have no thought of taking and rejecting, and they crave the happiness brought by food. For example, just as some lustful people, when they cannot find women, are seen to engage in lust with female animals. Secondly, the "I" in samsara is perishable, because from previously having "mine" to later completely losing all "mine". Cannot agree, because those who believe that "I" exists, how can they believe that "I" will perish? They would not think so. The "I" in the state of liberation should not be considered as the "I" clung to by those who cling to "I", because it is considered as the wrong basis for all experiences, all expressions, and all merits such as wisdom. This is universal, because the nature of the "I" clung to by those who cling to "I" is not the wrong source of experiences etc. The third part is divided into two points: the real argument and refuting false accusations. The first point is the "mine" of
