Therefore, it will become one who holds virtues. Because there is no difference between the presence or absence of beauty and semen in the object that holds beauty as a virtue. The sign is admitted. Third, if it is a result, it is too extreme: if leukoderma is only the cause of desire, then, the state of having leukoderma, as the subject, in that state, it should not become such a hateful one, because in that state, you assert it as a desirous one. Because it is pervasive, desire and hatred are not the same in nature, i.e., contradictory. It cannot be asserted, because in this state of leukoderma, it is certain, i.e., hatred does not arise at all, because it is seen or not seen. Fourth, refuting the argument that is the same for oneself: if it is said that the faults stated for desire, etc., arising from wind, etc., are also the same for you. Then, the Buddhist, as the subject, for this fault established for desire, etc., arising from wind, etc., there is no extreme, because in your system, desire, etc., are of the same kind, i.e., the view of the aggregates, and depend on the difference of the predispositions accustomed by previous desires, etc., and then enter. Second, refuting arising from the cause of the elements, there are two: refuting newly arising what did not exist before, refuting what has already been established and remains. First: desire, etc., are the result of the elements, because desire arises from a greater proportion of earth and water, hatred arises from a greater proportion of fire and wind, and ignorance arises from a greater proportion of water and wind. If it is said like this, then, by the reason of refuting that desire, etc., are the result of wind, etc., it also refutes that desire, etc., are the dharma or result itself of the elements, because the three, wind, bile, and phlegm, are respectively the nature of the three, wind, fire, and water, as Shakya (Muni) said. The second has three: refuted by the previous reason, refuting the contradiction of commitment, refuting being too extreme. First: desire, etc., as the subject, you are also not already established and dependent on the elements, because you are already established and dependent on the elements, previously, because of the reason of "not depending on existence or non-existence, etc." Second: if generally the support and the supported are prevented, then, relying on the elements and causing the form born from the elements to remain, contradicts what you have promised. If it is said like this, white, etc., the form born from the elements, as the subject, depends on earth, etc., in the way of causing what has already been established to remain.

You are not, because it is impossible to have an established existent dependent. So, what does it mean to say "what is produced depends on what produces"? Forms, etc., as subjects, the meaning of saying that you depend on what produces is not to make an established existent established, but because the previous producer is your cause, or is inseparable from its own co-existent dependent producer, so you depend on what produces. Apart from the inseparability of cause and effect, it is unreasonable for you to depend on what produces. If, like wine not being spoiled, but the ability to intoxicate disappearing, depending in a differentiated way, are the producer and the produced also dependent in a differentiated way? The intoxicating power of wine, ultimately, does not depend on wine, because it is not something different from the essence of wine, because when you are destroyed, the essence of the dependent wine will be destroyed, and when the dependent wine exists, the dependent you will not be destroyed. If, like wine and the intoxicating power of wine, the producer-mind is also the same in essence? The producer-mind is not undifferentiated, because it is a different substance, because the unerring consciousness with different appearances can understand that it is a different substance. Third, if the producer or body is the dependent on which the mind exists, then the mind, consciousness, and conceptualization, as long as the body changes into different states, your essence, that is, the appearance, will only arise in the same way, because the body is the dependent on which you exist, because you are consciousness. Just as forms, etc., that depend on it arise in the same way before the body changes. If this pervasion is not established, even if the dependent is the same, will it change into other appearances because of the object taken? Conceptualization is not controlled by the independence of the object taken, because it only acts according to desire. Third, therefore, the establishment of the homogeneous cause is: from some previous greed, etc., some later greed, etc., arise, because when not relying on the body, some previous consciousness becomes the cause of the awakening of the habit of some later consciousness.
