If it is said that because there is a general chief without differences, it is not caused by the various differences that produce a single sprout. Then, that single nature does not produce that sprout, because it has already been said that the accompanying auxiliary conditions become meaningless when it produces the sprout. Therefore, seeds and other things are separate, because their natures are different. For non-deluded wisdom, appearance is also a mutually independent nature, appearing separately without relying on others. Also, the word "also" includes the difference of arising and ceasing. Therefore, the differences of seeds and so on are truly existent, and this difference is different from others, and this difference is said to be the cause of the producer and the effect of the produced, and this difference is considered to be its own characteristic, and this difference is also the object of entry for all those who seek meaning, because if you take and abandon it, results will occur. The general chief is not like that, so it is not the producer of fruit. Fourth, even if there are no separate differences, all barley seeds and so on are not the accomplices of all rice sprouts and so on. Even if there are no separate differences, due to the nature of things, only some rice seeds and so on can become the authors of some rice sprouts and so on, while barley sprouts and so on are not its authors. For example, in your own school of Samkhya, even if all things have no difference in nature, without difference, not all causes are the accomplices of all effects, and the same is true. Fifth, even if all things have no difference in nature and are one, the barley seed and the rice seed, as a dharma, for the same rice sprout, the two parts of being the author and not being the author are contradictory, because they are the same substance. If it is said that the barley seed, as a dharma, does not have the action of producing a rice sprout, it is not contradictory, because it is different in state from the rice seed. Then, the accompanying auxiliary conditions, water and fertilizer, do not produce rice sprouts, it should follow, because of the previous reason. However, the only subject itself gradually enters in the form of various causes, thereby becoming the author of various fruits in sequence.

So, how does gradual production occur? Is it produced solely by the principal substance (prakṛti) itself, or by something else? If the former, it is unreasonable, because if a permanent entity produces a result, it must produce it simultaneously. If the latter, then the principal substance (prakṛti) is meaningless. Third, refuting the identity of self-transformation: The general substance possessing that particularity, the subject, is highly likely to transform into many extremely different things, because it is one in meaning with many things. Furthermore, many particularities, the subject, are highly likely to transform into a single thing without differences, because it is one in meaning with a single generality. Or, this is to introduce the latter, that is, the aspects of generality and particularity, the subject, are highly likely to transform into mutually different natures, because they are of the nature of both similarity and dissimilarity. If it is said that the two, generality and particularity, are also successively of the nature of capacity and manifestation, and therefore become different, then, the two, generality and particularity, the subject, are highly likely to become different natures, by means of manifestation and capacity, which successively are the differences of these? This is the generality of these, thus establishing, and if by means of capacity and manifestation, you become different, that is, because of being different. If this is the view, then the two that are considered as generality and particularity, the subject, are highly unlikely to become related as having particular generality and general particularity, because they are other things that do not depend on each other, just as a pot and woolen cloth, etc., do not relate to each other. Second, showing that the object of entry is only the own-character: This person who desires the result of accomplishing a cow, the subject, the basis for acting on the cow, whether it is a different own-character or a non-different own-character, is to be examined, therefore, it is appropriate to enter the own-character of one's own nature that is different, because you will enter after desiring which nature of the cow's own-character and making it the object. Third, explaining the presence or absence of the two generalities in the way of entering: When entering the cow's own-character, it is also appropriate to enter through the way of exclusion, but it is not appropriate to enter through the way of general substance, because the generality of the same exclusion in terms of negation exists only in the manifested things, but there is no single general substance in which the manifested things mutually follow, because.
