Since it has been said, even if fire can be reversed, but the change of wood, such as turning into charcoal, cannot be turned back into wood. Similarly, after death, even if the factors that change consciousness, such as poison, can be reversed, consciousness cannot be reversed. Is that so? The changes in body and mind caused by poison and the like are the subject. Just like wood being burned, it should not be impossible to restore, because there are measures and methods for restoration. The pervasion is established, because among the factors that produce change, there are two types. Some things, such as the change of wood after being burned by fire, the factors of change will cause it to no longer return to its original state in some cases. Some things, such as the change of gold after being burned by fire, the factors of change will produce reversible changes. Thus, in these two, the first irreversible change, even if it is small, will not be reversed again; anything that is changed into a reversible change will return to its original state again, such as the melting of gold will solidify again. If so, then it contradicts what is said in the medical books about incurable diseases. The medical books say that there are some diseases that are completely incurable, which refers to, not only the faults of the disease, but also considering that doctors and medicines for treating the disease are difficult to obtain, or the patient's life is exhausted. Other than that, if it is only the fault of the disease, then there should be no incurable diseases, because if there is a disease, it must be curable with medicine. Third, after death, will the poison and plague on the body be reversed? Or, even if the healed flesh bitten by a poisonous snake is cut off, it is also the subject. Why won't the dead be resurrected again? It should be resurrected, because there is a body without factors that change consciousness and without obstacles. The second part has four points: If it is the immediate cause, then the reversal is established. If it is not a reversal, then it is not an immediate cause. Apply this to specific situations. Avoid simultaneous existence and contradiction. The first point is: In general, if the immediate cause does not change, it cannot cause the effect of the immediate effect to change, for example, if the mud does not change, then the bottle produced by the mud as the immediate cause

etc., remain unchanged. Second, if the object of the cause does not change, then the cause that transforms the object of the effect should not be the proximate cause of that effect. For example, a cow does not change, but milk, etc., change, so a cow should not be the proximate cause of milk. Third, mind and body are also subjects. Just like a cow and milk, they should not be proximate cause and possessor of proximate cause, because concomitance and difference are not established. Fourth, if body and mind are not proximate cause and possessor of proximate cause, then it contradicts co-existence. If you say so, then the body and mind of a being are subjects. They do not co-exist because they are proximate cause and possessor of proximate cause. Because the proximate cause of that body produces the subsequent body, and the mind, as a co-operative condition, is the result of what the mind has done, so they co-exist. For example, when copper is burned by fire, the fire and the molten copper are produced from one cause, so they co-exist. The third part has two points: stating the thesis and refuting others' answers. The first point is the thesis: the body is the subject, it is not the real support of the mind, because you are not the support for the minds that exist and do not exist in your own time. The second part has four points: refuting the support by means of the way of being established; refuting the similar example of making the established exist; in that way, also refuting other established existences; elaborating on preventing existence by means of the cause of existence. The first point has two points: refuting by analyzing; refuting by over-extension. The first point is, if the first reason is not established, because the support of the mind that exists as established is the body, so the body is the support of the mind, if you say so, then this body is the subject, it is not the support of the mind that exists as established, because if you analyze whether the existence of the mind is one with or different from the mind, it is unreasonable. Like this, if the existence of the mind and the existing mind are one, then the existence of the mind is the subject, the body did not produce you, because you are not other than the existing mind, so it is born from the cause of the mind. If the existence of the mind is different from the existing mind, then that body is the subject, what did it do for the thing that the mind exists in, in reality it did nothing, because the existence of the mind that is different from the mind
