Even if faith is the same, why does the sound concept of the agent (འཚེད་པ་པོ།) strongly enter the minds of some people, but not into things like bottles and coarse cloth, due to the reasons of proximity and non-proximity of the exclusion of others by the agent (འཚེད་པ་པོ།)? Because the exclusion of others itself is the reason for the entry of common sounds and knowledge. Second, refuting that common things produce the same result by power is divided into two parts: stating the view of the Vaisheshika school; elaborating on the method of refuting that view. The first part, the Vaisheshika school argues that if negation (ལྡོག་པ་), which is the exclusion of others, is that the essence of all things that follow things, except for things, are the same, and there is nothing else, then a seed (ས་བོན་) as the subject, your fruit, the sprout, should not become the fruit of other things like water and fertilizer, because it is very different from water and fertilizer. Therefore, many things can also produce the same result with the same nature. The second part is divided into two parts: refuting with the view of the Samkhya school; this also refutes their fearless claim. The first part is divided into three points: the same nature is not the object of entry; it only points out that the object of entry is the self-character; examining whether there is common and dual in the way of entry. The first part is divided into three points: refuting production with the same nature; refuting that things have the same nature; refuting that the nature of change is the same. The first part is divided into three points: if one produces, the condition is meaningless; if many produce, the common is meaningless; even if many produce, there are differences. The first point: if there is a single self-same subject, the common principal factor, which can cause many things like water and fertilizer to produce one fruit, the sprout, then the sprout as the subject, in your production process, the conditions that work together, such as water and fertilizer, will become meaningless, because one self-nature of the seed can also produce you, because there is a common principal factor. Establishing this tenet is that the seed as the subject should always be able to produce sprouts, because the undifferentiated essence that can directly produce sprouts, the common principal factor, does not leave it, because that is its nature. The special feature, the conditions that work together, as the subject, do not necessarily need to produce sprouts, because there is no necessary connection with being coexistent with the principal factor that has become the self-nature of the seed. The second point: the above-mentioned conditions that work together become meaningless.
