So it is. Secondly, the moment of meaning, when it is known, has ceased and does not exist, so it does not appear, but permanent things, such as vajras and stones, exist until they are destroyed when their own fruit is known. If that meaning appears in the mind, then whatever is accepted as a stable thing, the meaning of vajras and stones, etc., is also a subject. The consciousness of all sentient beings that focuses on themselves should become produced by themselves alone at once. Because the object of all sentient beings, as the actual producer, does not depend on other causes and is permanent. If they produce their own object together, because they depend on help. If the minds of the objects of vajras, etc., arise in sequence, then vajras and stones, etc., are subjects. It should be said that each previous and subsequent moment is different from the other. Because it depends on the cause of doing together, it is the cause of producing the mind of the object in sequence. If you accept, then this also, vajras, etc., are subjects. It should not actually appear to the consciousness of the object. Because it is destroyed at the time of the consciousness of the object, this fault is the same as before. Secondly, there are two ways to explain and establish memory later: by having memory, the meaning is established; if there is no meaning, it is too much. First, for the former, some commentators on the sutras say that the two ways of object and subject are established by the former, so it is not established by the reason of memory, but the two ways of knowable and knower and experiencer and experience are established in self-awareness itself, in order to refute this statement. That which is experienced by oneself has no dispute. It is very unreasonable to combine the scriptures in this way. Because it is without form, it does not accept self-awareness, so it does not accept the two ways of experiencer and experience in self-awareness itself. So how is it? Some commentators say that the reason of memory only establishes the two ways of object and subject, if you say so, the formless is the subject. It is not necessary to establish that the object that appears as the object is experienced by the mind of the object, because there is no dispute that the appearance of the object is experienced by the consciousness itself. So what is established? That form is the nature of the meaning, because the form itself is not established, so it must be established. Moreover, the consciousnesses that appear as forms, etc., are subjects. At their own time

It is established because of individually experiencing the aspects of objects, and later correctly remembering "This is grasping form, not grasping sound," etc. The meaning is that those who believe that consciousness is without aspects consider the aspect of the object that appears in the knowledge itself as the object. Therefore, in general, the two aspects of object and subject are established, but the aspect of the object itself is considered the object itself, not considered the nature of consciousness. Therefore, it is said to establish the two aspects that have become the nature of consciousness. This is extremely important for all occasions of establishing the two aspects, and for all the key points of the tenets of both the Hinayana and Mahayana. Secondly, if the aspects of objects do not appear individually and are not experienced as such, then the consciousness that appears as form, etc., as the subject, the recollection of the difference, "This is grasping form, it is like this, not grasping sound, it is like that," would be impossible. Because one's own object of experience, form, etc., does not differentiate from its own side, and there is no experience of the difference in the aspects of objects, but only experiencing is the same for all objects. Therefore, the consciousness that appears as meaning, as the subject, if the different aspects of its own object do not appear, then your difference, through some difference, the subsequent memory consciousness cannot distinguish "This is grasping form, this is grasping sound." Because for all objects, merely experiencing is the same. If it is not pervasive, but later remembering the difference is due to the difference in the aggregation of causes for each object? Then, the consciousness that appears as meaning, as the subject, relative to each object, even if you have some subtle differences, the memory consciousness that can later distinguish "This is grasping form, this is grasping sound" through those differences cannot arise. Because your difference, that is, the obvious difference, is because the different aspects of your own object have not appeared. For example, twins, etc., have subtle differences that are not the same, but because the differences are not clearly seen, they are confused as one. Here, all the aspects of objects must be understood as the aspects of objects that have become the nature of consciousness. Secondly, explaining the reasoning that establishes self-awareness, there are three: establishing self-awareness with the reasoning of the sutras explained earlier; establishing self-awareness with the reasoning of composing treatises; again, with the reasoning of the sutras
