Remember the vows you have taken! This enemy of the teachings, the one who has broken their vows, bind them, tie them up, completely imprison them! Seize them, drag them, bring them under your control! Kill them, expel them, make them stiff! Split them open, suppress them, make them faint! Crush them, slaughter them, utterly destroy them! If you do not perform this task of mine, you, the black goddess of slaughter, the great blood-drinking one, will become extremely wrathful and threaten with the punishment of the command. Therefore, remember the vows! Swiftly accomplish this entrusted task! Hūṃ! Whoever reviles the lama, hates the Dharma, harms beings, injures practitioners, those who are close to evil destinies, may their lives be instantly severed by a burning copper knife. Wherever a great vajra hail falls, or the fire of the eon burns, and violent winds blow, etc., may hundreds of great and terrifying illusions be cast down, and countless inauspicious omens. With hundreds of thousands of unbearable diseases and evil spirits, may the enemy, their children, wives, subjects, and all, be killed in an instant, and for thousands of eons, perform the activities of suppressing, tormenting, expelling, and stiffening. Even billions of unruly flesh-eating messengers, with wrathful eyes wide open, frowning, gnashing their teeth, holding sharp weapons, uttering terrifying roars, running swiftly, your time has come. The assembly of good-winged powerful ones filling the sky, the fierce beasts with five faces and so on, countless billions and trillions, feast on the flesh, bones, and blood of this degenerate one! Bhyaḥ! Homage to the assembly of wisdom dakinis! As the command of the protectors who save beings, the obedient ones who accomplish activities in accordance with the Dharma, possessing miraculous powers and being unimpeded, accomplish various activities, just as a hunter stalks prey, may the messengers who aim to kill, accomplish the activity of killing! Thus, from the instructions of the activity manual, the obedient rememberers recite the verses that are appropriate for urging on the activities, and offer the torma with great musical sounds, and whatever wrathful mantras they know.
