By cutting with a knife, the blood boils into an ocean of blood, and the flesh and bones are chopped into sesame-seed-sized pieces, then melted into the nectar of vows. The five meats and five nectars from the heart, along with the seed syllables, melt and mix, becoming indistinguishable from the nectar of wisdom. Visualize the protector and retinue enjoying it. Again, in brief, visualize the torma as the object to be accomplished, ignite the consciousness within it, place it in the skull cup of the left hand, and cut it with the curved knife of the right hand. Visualize it becoming an ocean of flesh and blood, and imagine the Black One enjoying it. Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡). Purify the impure vessel and its contents into emptiness. From the state of emptiness, upon the wisdom, wind and fire skull-tripod. In the skull cup are the five meats and five nectars. By the wind and fire, the nectar of the vows is boiled, and with its intensely blazing light, invite the nectar of wisdom. Bless it with the inseparable Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡) and Ah Hum (藏文：ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：阿吽), making its scent and taste incomparable. Invite the root and lineage lamas, yidam deities, heroes, dakinis, and dharma protectors. Visualize them gathering like clouds in the sky in front. Offer to the root lama, the embodiment of all yidams. Offer to the root lama, the embodiment of all the Three Jewels. Offer to the root lama, the embodiment of all dharma protectors. Especially the dharma protector with the black cloak, the glorious goddess, the self-arisen queen, along with her sisters and retinue, we offer. King Namnang Thösé, lord of mantras, Dorje Lekpa, demon protector, field guardian, and Khar Nag Dorje Gyalpo, etc., to all the protectors of the Karma Kagyu teachings, offer the supreme, uncontaminated five meats and five nectars, the eight-rooted torma, pancha amrita. Accept the offering of Jagad Rakta's bathing water. Offer with the five desirable qualities and the secret offering, and with that very Samantabhadra offering cloud. May your faults be purified and your qualities perfected. With the three doors of realization of that state as it is, we praise with all praises. We pray to you for our desires, may we and all beings receive the supreme and common siddhis, bestow them upon this seat, and especially long life, freedom from illness, and increased wealth. Whatever is thought of in the mind, may it be accomplished in an instant, and may all the wishes of the Karmapas be swiftly accomplished by us without remainder. And may we now be granted the power to destroy those who harm the teachings of the Karmapas like ashes. So be it.

Through the virtue of offering praise and faith like this, may all sentient beings who have not become liberated, be dedicated to attaining the state of complete enlightenment. This was spoken by Jetsun Karmapa Mikyö Dorje in response to the request of Rinchen Pälmo. Then, the invocation with a voice of longing: Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable)! From the great charnel ground in the north, from the three-tiered palace city, Father Legden Nakpo, holding a great sandalwood club in his hand, amidst a hundred thousand myriads of divine soldiers, come here and accept the torma of ornaments, accomplish the entrusted activities. Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable)! On the threshold of the immutable vajra rock, from the triangular dark blue burning palace, Supreme Son, the terrifying form of Black One, amidst a million Lords of Action, come here... accomplish the entrusted... Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable)! The one who listens to the command of Father Protector, the Protector who guards the east, possessing the appearance of blazing terror, holding a jewel lasso in his hand, amidst a hundred thousand myriads of headmen, come here... accomplish the entrusted... Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable)! Father Protector... the Great Black One who guards the south, sending down great hail and holding a great club, surrounded by a retinue of a million Yamarajas, come here... accomplish the entrusted... Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable)! Father Protector... the glorious one who guards the west, riding a red and white mule and holding a rudder, surrounded by a multitude of nāgas and demons, come here... accomplish the entrusted... Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable)! Father Protector... the son of Vaishravana who guards the north, riding a lion and holding a great club (168), surrounded by a retinue of smoky black yakshas, come here... accomplish the entrusted... Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable)! Father Protector... Jambhala who guards the southeast, a hundred thousand divine soldiers riding blue water patterns, those oath-bound ones leading blue and mottled roles, come here... accomplish the entrusted... Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable)! Father Protector... the beautiful son who guards the southwest, the powerful Black Protector, surrounded by a host of rakshasas and flesh-eating demons, come here... accomplish the entrusted... Father Protector... the oath-bound one who guards the northwest, Drak Lha Gonpo Tikle Tsal, riding the wind and running in the ten directions, the oath-bound male ging, come here... accomplish the entrusted...
