May the assembly of indigenous deities residing in this place, enjoy the incense offering, a cloud of wish-fulfilling treasures. May they delight in the finest meats, wines, grains, horses, cattle, and inexhaustible treasures of houses and the like. May the activities of the great beings who uphold the victorious teachings of this very tradition flourish. May the Sangha be harmonious and devoted to the ten virtuous practices. May they protect beings from immediate and long-term fears. Do not neglect the tasks entrusted to you. Bestow whatever feasts of offerings are due in their time. If you delay in activities in accordance with the Dharma, then arise as wrathful, blood-drinking forms. With the self-nature that subdues the three realms (193), seal body, speech, and mind with unbreakable seals. Act virtuously and possess a loving heart. Do not neglect the tasks entrusted to you. Abide in your own place or the object of focus. Come again to enjoy the offerings of the time. May all activities of the ten virtues increase. May the signs of perfect auspiciousness blaze forth! This was written by Karma Pakshi Rigpe Dorje on an auspicious day of the waxing moon in the earth month, at the request of Khyentse Rinpoche Jigme Khyentse Ozer, the elucidator of the early translations, when newly establishing the supports for the Dharma camp of Rumtek, the glorious Karmapa's Dharma center of study and practice, where the blessings of the sacred site descend, binding the victory banner, and where the twelve Tenma goddesses of Tibet and other local deities of the snowy lands dwell together. Furthermore, whoever practices in this way, when erecting great banners and hanging blue banners, and making offerings and supplications before this support, may obstacles to life be pacified, fortune and luck increased, and all auspicious glories increase like the waxing moon. May the harm and violence of gyalpo spirits, 'gongpo spirits, and oath-breakers, as well as sudden disturbances and mental confusion, be pacified, and may they possess a loving heart. There is no doubt that they will destroy the hosts of harm. Sarva Mangalam! (All auspiciousness!) Wealth God, Merchant God, Food God, and Thief God, Guest God, Road God, and the armies of the Good Endowed Enemy God, etc., wear strong armor on their bodies, hold sharp weapons in their hands, ride swift steeds beneath them, raise victory banners, and sound the conch shell. Divine Army, Protector Army, Fierce Army, the three, Divine Protector Enemy God, the six righteous ones, Wealth God, Food God, Friend God, the nine, Merchant God, Guest God, Road God, and Life God, White God, the thirteen, today, invite them to come to this place. Descend upon this place, please bestow blessings. (198) Please accept these offerings. Please bestow the prosperity of food and wealth. For us yogis and retinue, please be the Enemy God who increases food and wealth. Please increase the three: people, wealth, and food. Please eliminate the three: enemies, demons, and obstacles. Please pacify the three: ignorance, suffering, and the center. Please accomplish the entrusted activities. So! Wealth God, Protector's armies, etc., descend upon this offering place.
