To the master, disciples, and retinue, may no sickness befall people, may no misfortune befall livestock, may no hail, frost, or locusts befall the fields. Until the end of future lives, accomplish wishes and fulfill hopes, dispel all obstacles, and grant all attainments (103). This was composed by Karmapa Chö Drak Gyatso in Nyarong Tsokha Aryaling. Then, accompanied by music, offer the torma and libation to the sky, and pray and make offerings. Great oath-bound beings, Vajra Lekpa, Vajra Dudul, Black Blacksmith, Ajo Chenpo, Great General, Great Merchant, Master of the One Sky Iron, Lord of the One Land. In the retinue are the great celestial spirit Tsangpa Karpo, the great Yama spirit Merutse Marpo, the great demon spirit Yabje Nakpo, the great Tsen spirit Yamshud Marpo, one hundred and twenty white celestial benefactors, one hundred and twenty red Tsen benefactors, one hundred and twenty black demon benefactors, three hundred and sixty siblings. To the one endowed with vajra power, the twelve secret great mother Dakinis, with an iron eagle soaring on their heads, iron wolves howling and walking behind them, copper frogs jumping and running in front of them, a she-bear clapping her white hands on the right, and a bear cub with a white heart roaring on the left, and so forth, the assembly of flesh-eating, fanged deities. One hundred thousand (104) pure land deity retinues, nine hundred thousand Tsen retinues, eight hundred thousand Yama retinues, one million two hundred thousand demon retinues, seven million Naga retinues, four hundred thousand Yaksha retinues, and so forth, we pray and make offerings to the great oath-bound beings and their retinues. Through praying and making offerings, may the adverse conditions of myself, the master, patrons, and retinue be dispelled, may favorable conditions gather, may wishes be accomplished, may hopes be fulfilled. When traveling, be a road companion; when staying, be a place of refuge. Be the guard by day and the watchman by night. Welcome from the front and escort from the back. Be a friend of the oath and a vajra attendant. Consume the food given by us yogis, accomplish the tasks entrusted, listen to the instructions given, accomplish the purposes needed, kill the hating enemies, and harm the harmful demons.

Pacification! Avert obstacles, protect the dwelling place, protect the necessary items, protect the lineage-holding disciples, accompany us inseparable like body and shadow, and accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus, the tasks are entrusted. (105) Fourth, the incense offering and invocation of the Rakshasa Protector with a Garland of Skulls: Offer torma, purify with incense. From emptiness, within the vast skull cup, the torma transforms into a great ocean of wisdom nectar, complete with all desired objects of enjoyment, capable of generating uncontaminated great bliss. Om Ah Hum. Bless it by reciting three times. Hūṃ! From the southwest Rakshasa city (Laṅkāpurī), protectors of the teachings with power and miraculous abilities, Rakshasa Protector with a Garland of Skulls, together with father, mother, sons, and emanations, and a million Rakshasa retinue, please descend to this place. Like the aspirations of Samantabhadra, various desired enjoyments, blessed by samadhi, mantra, and mudra, are offered with faith, please accept them. Remember the vows made before Chakrasamvara, Songtsen Gampo, Padmasambhava, and Karmapa, pacify the illnesses and demonic obstacles of the yogis. May life and wealth increase like the waxing moon, gather the environment and beings, and the phenomenal world under our control, burn hateful enemies to ashes, and may all four activities be accomplished without hindrance. (106) Offer the torma and medicinal alcohol to the sky, and pray and offer. Great Dharma Protector, Rakshasa Protector with a Garland of Skulls, mother, the terrifying black goddess, and her retinue, Rakshasas and Rakshasis in fierce, flesh-eating attire, and a million retinue members, offer and invoke the ocean of outer, inner, and secret offering clouds. Through the power of offering and worship, may the Buddha's teachings flourish, may the lives of the holders of the teachings be prolonged, and may their activities increase. May the yogis, ourselves, and the patrons accomplish all the peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful activities entrusted to us in an instant. Thus, the invocation of the above Vaishravana, Lord of Mantras, and Rakshasa Protector should be incorporated into the great encampment incense offering, as requested by the abbot Karma Jorya of the White Dharma Flourishing Isle of the Peaceful Monastery.
