By the smoke rising to the sky, May all the murkiness of the gods be dispelled! By the sparks flying through the sky, May all defilement be dispelled! By the flames swirling on the ground, May all dimness and obscurity be dispelled! May defilement from pollution be dispelled! May defilement from hearth and stove be dispelled! May defilement from ill omens, bereavement, and broken vows be dispelled! May harm from curses and evil spells be dispelled! May separation between gods and humans be dispelled! May harm from spirits, oppression, and evil influences be dispelled! Through the decay of root and branch, May all defilement from broken vows be dispelled! There is nothing that cannot be purified by incense, There is nothing that cannot be cleansed by water. Incense is pure, it is the realm of the gods; Blissful and happy, it is the realm of humans; Flourishing and expanding, it is the Buddha's teaching. All guests, high and low, Just like lotuses moistened by water, May body, speech, and mind be completely pleased, And satisfied with great bliss! Temporarily abiding and traveling on the path, Engaging in trade, warfare, enemy attacks, Whatever undertaking is begun, May we be victorious, without obstacles, and accomplish everything! May we, teacher, students, and retinue, Not be afflicted by human diseases! Not be afflicted by livestock disasters! Not be afflicted by frost, hail, or blight on the fields! May grain and wealth increase, May wishes be fulfilled and fences be strong. Create favorable conditions for the residents, Provide sustenance for the patrons. Transform the minds of sentient beings. Possessing auspicious wealth and nourishing food, Granaries filled with grain, wealth, tea, silk, and clothing, May all of it be gathered under my control. May the protectors avert obstacles and dispel hindrances! Lengthen life, increase glory, and expand prosperity! May fame and renown spread in all directions! May you always guide and protect! May all enemies and malevolent beings Be instantly reduced to ashes! May we always be victorious over unfavorable circumstances, May power and ability be perfectly complete! If going to a foreign land, may we be the leader of that land! May we be protected from the fear of all enemies and thieves! May we be liberated from mountains, waters, and dangerous places! Thus, through the power of performing vast Worldly and transcendental generosity, May the four activities be accomplished, And may all attain manifest enlightenment! Thus, without deviating from the activities of the Immovable Foot, slightly supplementing and gathering prayers, etc., Vajrashvara wrote this in the secluded place of Namtö Mountain. Then, waving the arrow banner, holding roasted flour, circumambulating the incense room clockwise, he said: Kye! From the Vulture Peak Mountain in India, The banner of auspiciousness of the Buddha's Dharma, Huye, we take as fortune and auspiciousness. May the Buddha's teachings flourish and spread!
