供云遍满虚空界， 其间美妙庄严前方空中， 皈依处至上上师与三宝， 本尊护法具誓供养诸圣众， 慈悲降临于此祈请欢喜安住。 ཀྱཻ༴ 皈依处圣众您等， 今日顶礼供养会供， 供养处圣众您等， 今日供养誓物悦意供， 今日清净之桑供是， 轮涅自解脱五部母之界， 金刚界自在虚空之界， 珍宝地基桑吉坚， 慈悲水流玛玛格， 慈爱火聚郭嘎姆， 智慧风动誓言度母， 五部母汇集之自性中， 生出清净之鲜花， 成熟甘露树(53)之果实， 具足香气妙香之， 沉香檀香杜鲁嘎， 红豆杉白杨白胶香等， 成为清净之净化物， 各种树木之烟， 糌粑酥油佳肴与， 牦牛绵羊山羊等形象与， 具足光彩之红白食子与， 药材丝绸乐器众， 与善相应之誓物与， 以三摩地咒语与手印， 外内密之供品众， 今日盛大地供养。 ཀྱཻ༴ 于顶髻日月之座上， 皈依处殊胜吉祥功德田， 恩重根本上师作桑供， 从奥明法界宫殿中， 第六金刚持大师等， 噶举传承上师一切作桑供， 从印度东西方圣地中， 帝洛那若等， 八十四成就者作桑供， 印度西藏苦行之， 马尔巴译师等， 译师班智达圣众一切作桑供， 开创寂静处修行之先河者， 米拉日巴等， 藏地大成就者一切作桑供。(54) 导师授记成办利生事， 达波拉杰等， 持教圣众一切作桑供， 善逝怙主三世知， 戒律之精华玉扎巴， 化身之传承持有者一切作桑供， 救护世间怙主吉岭巴与， 法王卓衮父子等， 噶举传承上师一切作桑供， 龙树心要等， 印度智者成就者一切作桑供。

The offering clouds fill the expanse of the sky, In the midst of that, in the beautiful and adorned space in front, The refuge, the supreme Lama and the Three Jewels, Yidam, Dharma protectors, oath-bound ones, hosts worthy of offering, With love, come here, I request you to joyfully abide. KYE! To you, the sacred refuge, Today I prostrate and offer the Tsog offering. To you, the sacred objects worthy of offering, Today I offer the Damtsig substances, pleasing offerings. Today, this pure Sang offering is, The expanse of the five consorts, self-liberated in Samsara and Nirvana. The realm of Vajra Dhatu, the expanse of space, The precious ground, Samantabhadri. The stream of compassion, Mamaki. The fire of loving-kindness, Goskarmo. The wind of wisdom, Damtsig Dolma. In the nature of the union of the five consorts, Flowers of purified elements are born. The fruits of the Amrita Tree (53) ripen. With fragrant incense, full of devotion, Agar, sandalwood, Turuka, Juniper, cottonwood, white mustard, etc. Becoming pure purifiers, The smoke of various kinds of trees, And the essence of Tsampa, butter, food, and drink, And the forms of yaks, sheep, goats, etc., And the radiant red and white Torma, And medicines, silks, and musical instruments. Substances of Damtsig in harmony with virtue, And with Samadhi, Mantras, and Mudras, Outer, inner, and secret offerings, Today I offer them extensively. KYE! On the seat of the sun and moon on the crown of my head, The supreme refuge, the field of auspicious qualities, The kind root Lama, I offer Sang. From the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, The Sixth Vajradhara and others, All the Kagyu Lamas, I offer Sang. From the sacred places of East and West India, Tilopa, Naropa, and others, The eighty-four Mahasiddhas, I offer Sang. The hardships practiced in India and Tibet, Marpa Lotsawa and others, All the Lotsawas and Panditas, I offer Sang. The founder of the tradition of solitary practice, Milarepa and others, All the great Siddhas of Tibet, I offer Sang. (54) The Teacher prophesied, accomplishing the benefit of beings, Gampopa and others, All the upholders of the teachings, I offer Sang. The Sugata, the protector of beings, the knower of the three times, Tsultrim Nyingpo, Yudrapa, All the holders of the lineage of incarnations, I offer Sang. Jigten Gonpo, Ling Repa, And Dharma Lord Drogon, father and sons, All the Kagyu Lamas, I offer Sang. Nagarjuna's heart essence and others, All the Indian scholars and Siddhas, I offer Sang.

我！稀有奇妙之化身，莲花生等，所有持明传承皆供养。正法佛陀等，所有寂静传承皆供养。燃灯佛等，道次第传承之上师皆供养。释迦祥等，噶当传承之上师皆供养。智慧空行等，断法域传承之上师皆供养。琼波瑜伽士等，六法传承之上师皆供养。为善巧利生之故，示现各自不同之身，根本传承上师皆供养。嗟！(55)从清净报身之宫殿中，所有本尊坛城皆供养。六百三十六等，无二时轮坛城皆供养。密集金刚、红阎摩敌、怖畏金刚等，父续坛城皆供养。胜乐金刚、金刚亥母、摩耶等，母续坛城皆供养。金刚界、胜乐、普明等，瑜伽续部之坛城皆供养。尊胜佛母、白伞盖佛母、破除金刚等，行部事部共同之坛城皆供养。四续部之坛城皆供养。扬达黑汝嘎意、马头明王语，普巴金刚事业等，噶举噶玛法之坛城皆供养。众生唯一之怙主，殊胜之皈依处，无上三宝皆供养。慈氏怙主、释迦牟尼、燃灯佛，三世诸佛皆供养。金色寂静佛、迦叶佛等，贤劫七佛出世皆供养。极贤等千佛，贤劫出世者皆供养。药师善名等，导师善逝八如来(56)皆供养。文殊、金刚手、观世音，三族姓尊之坛城皆供养。不动、宝生、毗卢遮那等，五部如来之坛城皆供养。白衣度母等，所有大佛母皆供养。虚空藏等，菩萨近八大子皆供养。婆罗堕遮等，化身十六罗汉皆供养。圣迦叶等，所有大声闻皆供养。嗟！为守护佛之教法故，示现忿怒怖畏之身，智慧怙主及眷属皆供养。迎请三世诸佛，示现一面四臂之身

I! Wondrous and marvelous emanation bodies, Padmasambhava and others, all the lineages of vidyadharas are offered. Holy Buddhas and others, all the pacifying lineages are offered. Dipamkara and others, the Lamrim lineage lamas are offered. Shakya Shri and others, the Kadampa lineage lamas are offered. Yeshe Khandro and others, the Chod lineage lamas are offered. Kyungpo Naljor and others, the Six Dharmas lineage lamas are offered. For the sake of skillful means to benefit beings, showing themselves in their own individual forms, all the root and lineage lamas are offered. Kye! (55) From the pure Sambhogakaya palace, all the yidam deity assemblies are offered. Six hundred thirty-six and others, the non-dual Kalachakra mandala is offered. Guhyasamaja, Red Yamari, Vajrabhairava and others, the father tantra mandala is offered. Chakrasamvara, Vajravarahi, Maya and others, the mother tantra mandala is offered. Vajradhatu, Shri Heruka, Sarvavid and others, the yoga tantra mandala is offered. Namgyalma, White Umbrella, Vajravidarana and others, the action and performance tantra mandala is offered. The mandala of the four tantra classes is offered. Yangdak Heruka mind, Hayagriva speech, Vajrakilaya activity and others, the Kagye and Kama treasure mandala is offered. The one friend of beings, the supreme refuge, the unsurpassed Three Jewels are offered. Maitreya, Shakyamuni, Dipamkara, all the Buddhas of the three times are offered. Golden Silent Buddha, Kashyapa Buddha and others, the seven Buddhas who appeared in the fortunate aeon are offered. Rabsel and other thousand Buddhas, all those who appear in the fortunate aeon are offered. Bhaisajyaguru, Suvarnabhadra and others, the eight Sugata teachers (56) are offered. Manjushri, Vajrapani, Avalokiteshvara, the mandala of the three family lords are offered. Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Vairochana and others, the mandala of the five Buddha families are offered. White Tara and others, all the great mother goddesses are offered. Kshitigarbha and others, the eight close sons of the bodhisattvas are offered. Bharadvaja and others, the sixteen arhats of emanation are offered. Arya Kasyapa and others, all the great shravakas are offered. Kye! For the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings, showing himself in the form of a wrathful destroyer, the wisdom protector and retinue are offered. Inviting the Buddhas of the three times, showing himself in the form of one face and four arms.
