祈愿净化清净诸方！ 往昔积累善行之威力，进入佛教之门后， 即使受持了八种别解脱戒， 却因不恭敬、放逸、懒惰所支配， 以违背所立之戒律的恶业， 成为了触怒护法空行母之因。 我忏悔，我坦白，祈愿清净（31）且洁净！ 追随过去、现在、未来诸佛的足迹， 即使生起了愿菩提心和行菩提心， 却因我执邪魔的伎俩所动摇， 没有生起自他平等、自他交换、自他增上的心， 反而因自私自利、亲疏有别、取舍之心， 将寂静的幼苗连根拔起， 积累了触怒吉祥天女的罪业。 我忏悔，我坦白，祈请宽恕！ 为了成就无上金刚乘之境地， 为了修持成熟解脱之甚深要义， 即使郑重承诺了难以违越的誓言， 却因理解力弱、能力不足、烦恼强大， 在身、语、意殊胜的根本和支分誓言上， 有所违背，守护的界限也变得混乱， 导致誓言本尊空行母不悦。 我忏悔，我坦白，祈愿清净、洁净，并赐予呼吸！ 特别是与具光吉祥天女及其眷属， 混合誓言后承诺依止， 却因生起次第不清晰，轻蔑上师之身， 外在所依不圆满，与罪恶之人交往， 杀生、毁坏所依，违背了身之誓言， 所有违背和破损，我全部忏悔。 没有精进修持气和拙火瑜伽， 念诵数量不足，违背了教言和传承， 内在所依不圆满，混合破誓之物和食物， 说谎、傲慢、妄语，违背了语之誓言， 所有违背和破损，我全部忏悔。 没有修习显现世间安乐圆满明点的力量， 禅定散乱，将秘密十事向他人宣扬， 没有陈设秘密所依，手印三种破损， 邪见扰乱相续，没有摄受道友明妃之心， 以及嗔恨心等，违背了意之誓言， 所有违背和破损，我全部忏悔。 鱼肉死亡，六时会供中断， 所依供品、时食供品低劣，混合污秽之物， 迎请所依、修法圆满、欢喜供养的物品不齐全， 仪轨错误，行为颠倒等， 违背了空行母的功德事业誓言， 所有违背和破损，我全部忏悔。 非天。

May the lands be purified and cleansed! Through the power of accumulated merits and good deeds, Having entered the gate of the Buddha's teachings, Even having taken the vows of the eight classes of individual liberation, Yet being dominated by disrespect, recklessness, and laziness, Through the evil deeds of violating the established precepts, Becoming the cause of disturbing the oath-bound protectors and dakinis, I confess and admit, may it be purified (31) and cleansed! Following in the footsteps of the Buddhas of the three times, Even having generated the aspiration and application bodhicitta, Yet being shaken by the tricks of the demon of self-grasping, Without generating the mind of equality, exchange, and superiority towards self and others, Instead, through selfishness, partiality, acceptance, and rejection, Having destroyed the sprout of peace from its roots, Having accumulated the karma of disturbing the glorious goddess, I confess and admit, please forgive me! For the sake of attaining the supreme state of the unsurpassed Vajrayana, For the sake of accomplishing the profound essence of ripening and liberation, Even having solemnly taken the vows that are difficult to break, Yet due to weak understanding, lack of ability, and strong afflictions, Regarding the supreme body, speech, and mind, the root and branch vows, Having violated them and the boundaries of protection becoming chaotic, Causing the oath-bound dakini to be displeased, I confess and admit, may it be purified, cleansed, and grant relief! Especially with the glorious goddess of light and her retinue, Having mixed the vows and promised to rely on them, Yet due to unclear generation stage, disrespecting the guru's body, External supports not complete, associating with sinful people, Killing, destroying supports, violating the body vow, All violations and breakages, I confess them all. Not striving in the yoga of wind and inner heat, Recitations are few, violating the teachings and transmissions, Internal supports not complete, mixing broken vows and food, Lying, arrogance, idle talk, violating the speech vow, All violations and breakages, I confess them all. Not training in the power of bliss-emptiness bindus of appearance and existence, Samadhi is distracted, proclaiming the ten secrets to others, Not arranging the secret supports, the three mudras are broken, Wrong views disturb the lineage, not taking care of the hearts of the consorts, And hatred, etc., violating the mind vow, All violations and breakages, I confess them all. Fish and meat are dead, the six-time tsog offerings are interrupted, The supports and samaya substances are inferior and mixed with defilements, The invocation supports, accomplishment, fulfillment, and pleasing offerings are not complete, The rituals are wrong, and the activities are reversed, etc., Violating the dakini's qualities and activities vows, All violations and breakages, I confess them all.
